Recently I have had a strong sense of the 'resurrection power of Jesus' burning within me. That every battle, every storm, every hardship, every trial has come out of nowhere and attempted to pull many of God's people under.

There has been an assignment against many of God's people sent by the enemy to bring about a death to vision, to passion, to forward momentum, to the breakthrough that God is bringing upon His people.

The enemy has come hard against many of God's people, but God is demonstrating that He is greater within His people than he that is in the world. (1 John 4:4)

In the midst of the acceleration of God, the enemy has also accelerated in his attacks to attempt to hinder God's people from what God is leading them into.

The Lord has been showing me over and over that that the enemy has thought he has won in so many ways by how he has come against God's people with these onslaughts. Many have felt like they have lost their breath in the battle. Many have felt like have died in the battle, but the truth is, the Lord has been working IN the battle and what is dying are the things in the heart and the soul that are NOT of God and inline with His Word and His truth.

So the very death the enemy is attempting to bring to vision, to passion, to purpose, to forward momentum, to the increase and breakthrough God is bringing is being turned on its head as the Lord turns what the enemy meant for harm, for the good of God's people.

There has been a 'dying' process for many in these battles and many have stared 'death' in the face, feeling like they wouldn't survive the battle, but then SUDDENLY comes the RESURRECTION POWER of Jesus to bring His people back to life and stronger than ever before.

There is an ACCELERATION OF RESURRECTION upon many of God's people right now. Many of you have been in battle after battle and many of you feel like in many ways there has been a death that has taken place within you in weariness, in wounding, in dreaming with God, in faith for the promises He has for you, but the Lord showed me that there is an ACCELERATION of RESURRECTION upon you NOW in Jesus name.

The resurrection anointing is coming in many of you that is going to cause LIFE to abound within you like never before and you will RISE AGAIN. You will no longer feel like you are drowning, but you will RISE AGAIN in STRENGTH and RESURRECTION.

There is an AWAKENING taking place in the RESURRECTION that will see you move in the freedom, the strength of the Holy Spirit, the healing and the restoration of God like never before.

You are being resurrected by His power like never before but WITHOUT the landing pads that the enemy has found to come and torment many of you and cause you to fall and to face continual cycles of battles that have brought about a death to many things within you and feeling like you are suffocating and not walking in victory.

There is a MAJOR victory upon God's people individually right now. The Lord is about to do DISPLAY His resurrection power like you have NEVER seen before.

You have stared death in the face in many ways in this season and the enemy thought he could hinder you, your vision, your mission and stop your forward momentum in this season of acceleration but NOW the acceleration and strength of the Holy Spirit that is being infused in you in the resurrection power of Jesus invading your life, you will accelerate into life, healing, strength, freedom, breakthrough and forward momentum like NEVER before.

Your VICTORY in Christ is about to be displayed LOUDLY in its MANIFESTATION!

“A New Pentecost and a New Reformation: 2019 and Beyond”

Two thousand years ago, God poured out His Spirit on 120 Believers in Jerusalem. We know it as the day of Pentecost. It was the start of an atomic explosion of glory that went to the ends of the earth. Five hundred years ago, the foundations of the Western Church were hugely shaken through the Reformation. The foundational truth of the Reformation: the just shall live by faith. It was a rediscovery of a first century message that had become increasingly maligned in the centuries that followed. One simple truth undid over a thousand years of institutional Christianity. That which we are stepping into will be seen as both a new Pentecost and a new Reformation.
Pentecost was one of the three major feasts celebrated in ancient Israel. The feast was a prophecy of the future outpouring of the Spirit. That’s over one thousand years of prophecy! The outpouring of the Spirit at the feast of Pentecost was a direct link between the Old and New Covenants. Through the work of the Cross and the outpouring at Pentecost, the dividing wall between Jew and Gentile was dismantled (Ephesians 2:15). The Reformation dismantled a different but similar dividing wall—the wall between priest and laity. We are all God’s priests and everyone has direct access to God through the Blood of Jesus.
2020: The Year of 20/20 Vision
Pentecost and the Reformation—no one will deny that the world is different. But what’s on God’s agenda for today? 2020 will be a watershed year. God’s people will step into an unprecedented level of vision. 2020 will truly be a year of 20/20 vision—of seeing things from His perspective. Priorities and mindsets will change. Every year leading up to 2020 is hugely significant. God is strategically setting things up. As we move forward there is a vital piece of wisdom for us to understand: Pentecost was an event, that was part of a process. Let me explain.
The Pentecost—a Part of the Process and the Wisdom of Pathways
God is in charge of times and seasons (Daniel 2:21). The day of Pentecost happened at an appointed time. Because God is in charge of times and seasons it’s easy to think we are powerless to affect change or live in ultimate destiny until such an appointed time. But let me give you the big picture. Jesus commanded His disciples to teach the newly formed Church everything that He had taught them (Matthew 28:20). The disciples received three years of solid teaching from the most anointed Teacher in the universe!
Pentecost was preceded by a process, and initiated a process. It was an event that was part of a process. Because of the process, the whole city of Jerusalem was shaken (Acts 5:28). It’s easy to idolize or idealize the day of Pentecost. The most powerful event wasn’t the outpouring on the day of Pentecost. It was a city shaken by a Church caught up in a culture of Spirit-empowered change.
The outpouring at Pentecost involved Jews gathered from all over the world (Acts 2:9-11). Jewish mindset understood the importance of pathways. “But the path of the righteous is like the light of dawn, that shines brighter and brighter until the full day” (Proverbs 4:18 NASB). The wisdom of pathways is built into the book of Proverbs. The Jews lived it and breathed it. It was their wisdom for life. A pathway has a destination that is arrived at one step at a time.
No matter what time frame an ancient Israelite lived, in there was always a pathway before them. No matter what time frame a Christian lives in, there is always a pathway before them. Each person decides whether they walk on the pathway or not. The pathway is not dependent on times and seasons. The pathway always exists. It is spiritually discerned. Some see it; some don’t. Wisdom always implores us to walk on the pathway (Proverbs 1:20, 8:1-4, Matthew 7:13-14). Some hear Wisdom’s voice; some don’t (Matthew 7:24-27).
Old Reformation vs New Reformation
The Reformation was also an event that was part of a process. The retelling of history has dramatized the event of Martin Luther nailing his 95 theses to the church doors. The actual event was less dramatic and played out over time. Regardless, it only took a few, short years for centuries of religious structures to start unraveling. The Reformation was revolutionary, but it was also reactionary.
After centuries of bondage it was understandable that people became reactionary. The good impacts of the revolution and the negative impacts of the reaction are still with us today. Here’s the good news: the new Reformation we are entering will strategically dismantle wrong foundations, and it will be guided by a wisdom that will keep it from becoming reactionary.
Finding Satisfaction in the Path and not the Event
Those who are waiting for an event and not seeing the pathway will miss what God is doing. Events change history, yes, but pathways take you somewhere. There’s always the excitement of taking the next step. Those who spend all their time waiting for an event can so easily end up in cold frustration when the next “Pentecost” or “Reformation” is slow to arrive. Pentecost was an outpouring of the Spirit—an event that was part of a process. It shook cities and nations. Some are waiting for another Pentecost and missing the pathway. The Reformation was a restoration of some foundational, Biblical truths that began to transform and change society. Many are still fighting over the truths rather than walking in them.
Walking in destiny isn’t dependent on an event. It’s dependent on seeing and walking a pathway. Before the day of Pentecost, the disciples walked in destiny. After the day of Pentecost, the disciples walked in destiny. Events change history, but they are preceded and followed by processes. Rather than idolize or idealize events, discern the pathway that is yours and yours alone. That’s where you will find the increasing glory.
David declared that His satisfaction was in the path of life. “You will show me the path of life; in Your presence is fullness of joy; at Your right hand are pleasures forevermore” (Psalm 16:11).
This is the mindset that God is establishing in His people right now. It is preparing us for one of the greatest events in history.

You may have run into some serious spiritual warfare lately where it feels like a rocket attack from every side, and you’ve been wondering if it is going to get really challenging again like it used to be, but God wants you to know today that; “The worst is over, and the best is about to come!” What you are experiencing is merely an intimidation tactic meant to make you shrink back from God in doubt and fear, but it won’t work! You are going to stay steadfast and feel a peace that passes all understanding and misunderstanding; and you are going to come out victorious and on top this time, and there will be no more major setbacks like there was while deep in your wilderness time!
The real key is keeping your eyes fixed on the Author and Finisher of your faith and wilderness time, and the Captain of the battle that is leading you into your Promise Land ministry and final harvest. Sanctify yourself this day and proclaim a fast from all that is of the world and sin, and seek the Creator because He is seeking you right now and opening up a big new door for you in the spirit-realm for you to access all that is yours in your inheritance in Christ. You’re about to be imbued with Power from on high, and the Most Holy One is laying His scepter upon your shoulder and commissioning you to go reach the lost, preach the gospel, pray for the sick, and cast out devils!
God is showing me a puzzle piece and He wants you to know that you are a unique puzzle piece like no other that fits perfectly into His Master plan, and nothing and no demon can come against you if you will obey the Lord in everything and honor His Name in all things that He will do ahead. God wants you to stop thinking so small and to start thinking very big without limitation because that is how He thinks! You are a mighty soldier of valor and He has called you to conquer in His Name and tear down all demonic strongholds in His Name everywhere you go by the power of His Holy Spirit and His Word. So know this day dear one; the worst is over, and the best is about to come!

This morning televised Evangelists were speaking about the fruit of the Spirit.  No sooner were the Words “love, joy and peace” spoken that a woman was shown in a flash vision. She was positioned in front of a stairway that was pointing North.
INTERPRETATION:
Sometimes it is the smallest and simplest visions that make the most impact. These visions make something on the inside percolate like it is ready to burst forth. This was one of them. The woman represents the body of Christ – His Church. The stairway is Christ who is truth and life and the only way to the FATHER through His finished works. He paved and is the way between heaven and earth. North represents going upward in righteousness, higher in Him, to the place on that holy mountain where the throne of God is located. The fruit is symbolic of some of those twelve heavenly fruit trees that are positioned on either side of the river in heaven. On one level, these trees symbolize the twelve sons of Israel and the grafted Church as brought into covenant and blessings through Jesus Christ. They also symbolize the twelve Apostles whose fruitful work continues to live on through the ages. That precious Holy-Spirit inspired Word that still has power to heal and bless Believers on earth to this day.
By partaking of the fruit of the Spirit, the Lord wants His church to know that She – you the struggling Believer – can face adversity, challenges, and trials effectively. It will help Her escalate above conflicts, temptations and duress; it will help her cope better, love better, retain inner peace and rest regardless of dire circumstances that seem impossible to surmount and overcome. It will help heal her on a level she never thought was possible. It will bless her abundantly. Why? Because you are, precious Believer, (and you are so precious to Him) no longer bound to the laws that keep you shackled in misery and in darkness. Instead you will be abiding in the Tree of Life and communing in spirit with the Lord above the dark clouds of what ails you, to that wondrous place in the Spirit where the King and Sun of Righteousness shines like a million suns in His FATHER’s House.

Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised in the city of our God, in the mountain of his holiness. Beautiful for situation, THE JOY OF THE WHOLE EARTH is mount Zion on the SIDES OF THE NORTH, the city of the great King. God is known in her palaces for a refuge. (Psalm 48:1-3) Cf …..But you are come unto mount Zion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to our innumerable company of angels (Hebrew 12:22). Cf…. And he saith unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Hereafter ye shall see heaven open, and the angels of God ascending and descending UPON THE SON OF MAN (who is the stairway between heaven and earth). (Jn.1:51)

KEEP YOUR EYES ON YOUR CAPTAIN

Worship warfare is a very delicate subject for the battle wages and is strong against us when we are pressing in to worship the King! The enemy wants us to keep our eyes on the battle and because it is so strong it feels like we are not making headway even into His presence. Yes, you are being wrapped up in the fight, but the battle is not ours but it is the Lord’s. We must keep our eyes on Him and not the battle and worship Him! He is our Captain and He leads us through the war zone as we take the land!
As a worship intercessor, I have been greatly hindered for many years pressing in to take the land. I remember once in the middle of worship wrapped in the war surrounding it that I could not break through even to worship the Lord. I was ready to throw in the towel and leave the church. That is how much I had been hindered and frustrated. One man asked me where I was going and I told him. He said to get your eyes off the battle and on to the Lord for He is your captain and He leads you in the fight. From that time forth that is what I’ve done and I’ve had mighty breakthroughs.
After having a breakthrough into higher realms of the spirit the enemy sends his big guns to defeat and pull us back. One time I was worshiping and interceding behind the praise leader. That is where the church had positioned me back then. He would speak forth in prayer and prophesy what the Lord would place on my heart. As I was interceding I felt a breakthrough building up and ready to release. And yes, it did! It was so powerful that the force of it knocked me towards the wall and my husband felt it at the back of the church. Then the enemy started to attack the church. There was a split between leadership and the church folded up!
We must be vigilant and aware of the tactics of the enemy. When we have breakthrough many feel that they can relax because they have taken ground. No, this is the time to gear up and press in against the enemy even more. Instead of him coming in with a backlash we come against him even harder! Many times when we receive a healing or financial blessing or one gets saved in the family we rejoice and let down our guard and the enemy comes in. Yes, beware of his tactics.
Yes, worship warfare is a very delicate subject and we must be ready to enter into new territory and ways to worship and not stay in where the Lord placed you before. There is a time to go deep into His secret place but at the same time be sensitive to the strategies He gives us to combat the enemy. It is a delicately balanced maneuver. It’s not by might nor by power but by His spirit. You cannot put God in a box because He moved a certain way in the past and build a way to minister around it. He is fresh and new in His ways and we must flow with Him just like a river.
I pray the Lord places a new wind in our sails and causes us to be more sensitive to His leading for this is a new day and He is causing us to partake of His new way to take the land. It is such a new way we really don’t know how to partake of it. It is so new the enemy doesn’t even know how to deal with it. So be ready to receive His marching orders and flow with Him!!!!

Visions from Heaven 2 - Episode 3

PROPHECY! WHITE HOUSE will see SIGNS, WONDERS & PROPHETS!

I hear the sound of chains breaking! Truly, many who were once held in captivity are now being set free.

But the Lord is with me like a mighty warrior; so my persecutors will stumble and not prevail. They will fail and be thoroughly disgraced; their dishonor will never be forgotten (Jeremiah 20:11).

There are those, especially these last few days, who have felt severely restricted and assulted. Even like Elijah, they have secretly wanted to die because of the intensity of the battle (1 Kings 19:4-14). Yet know this: the very Zoe breath of God is blowing new life upon you. I see a mighty army of those who had once been wounded in the battle, now rising up! I prophesy that those dead bones are coming together now, even as it was in Ezekiel 37:1-10:

The hand of the Lord was on me, and he brought me out by the Spirit of the Lord and set me in the middle of a valley; it was full of bones. He led me back and forth among them, and I saw a great many bones on the floor of the valley, bones that were very dry. He asked me, “Son of man, can these bones live?”

I said, “Sovereign Lord, you alone know.”

Then he said to me, “Prophesy to these bones and say to them, ‘Dry bones, hear the word of the Lord! This is what the Sovereign Lord says to these bones: I will make breath enter you, and you will come to life.  I will attach tendons to you and make flesh come upon you and cover you with skin; I will put breath in you, and you will come to life. Then you will know that I am the Lord.’”

So I prophesied as I was commanded. And as I was prophesying, there was a noise, a rattling sound, and the bones came together, bone to bone.  I looked, and tendons and flesh appeared on them and skin covered them, but there was no breath in them.

Then he said to me, “Prophesy to the breath; prophesy, son of man, and say to it, ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: Come, breath, from the four winds and breathe into these slain, that they may live.’” So I prophesied as he commanded me, and breath entered them; they came to life and stood up on their feet—a vast army.

People of God, take heart! Those who have experienced an uncommon amount of warfare are now going to reap an uncommon amount of favor and blessing! Your faithfulness is being rewarded. Praise the Lord for what He is about to do, for your prayers have reached His throne and justice is being served. He is liberating you, for it was for freedom that He has set you free!

The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me,
    because the Lord has anointed me
    to proclaim good news to the poor.
He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted,
    to proclaim freedom for the captives
    and release from darkness for the prisoners,
to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor

A friend of mine was challenged to name “even two socialists in Congress.” Altogether, if you add in Islamist connections I think about 100 members of the House of Representatives would struggle to pass a low-level background security check..but guess what? There are no security checks in Congress.

The Lord showed me that there is a significant battle against many prophets right now. Many are feeling like they have had the wind knocked out of their sails. I saw many in a place of deep heaviness, feeling oppressed, confusion, lack of clarity, disorientation and even torment.

As I leaned into the Lord I heard His voice resound so loudly:

"THE BATTLE IS OVER MY VOICE AND THE MANTLE OF EVANGELISM THAT IS BEING ACTIVATED OVER THE PROPHETS!!! IT'S TIME FOR A MAJOR SURGE OF PROPHETIC EVANGELISM"

I then began to see flashes before my eyes of the positioning hand of God in the lives of the prophets in this new era and positioning them in the world in places they never imagined. I could hear the Lord speaking "I have and will continue to position you in the Church for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, but I am now also releasing you in greater ways into the world with great favour to release My Words and to spread the Good News of My Gospel to bring in the harvest. It is time for My voice to resound in the world louder than before and I am activating a mantle of evangelism over many prophets. The enemy is trying to keep many of My prophets caged in this place of inactivity because of fear, and tremendous opposition. I have heard the cries of many of My prophets crying out to me because of the battle and deep torment they have been facing, but this is because of MY VOICE that is about to go forth louder than before.

The enemy is ferociously angry and he is attempting to muzzle the prophets, but it will not prevail.

For I am decreeing over My prophets "IT'S TIME TO MOVE INTO NEW MANTLES!!!! IT'S TIME FOR A DOUBLE MANTLE TO BE BIRTHED UPON YOU!!!! THE PROPHETIC AND THE EVANGELIST CONVERGING!!! Prophets you are NOW BIRTHING! The enemy is coming on assignment to abort, but I am decreeing now is your time to BIRTH!!!"

"You are about to birth in great joy! You are moving into another mantle My prophets and there's a battle on the mantle but greater momentum shall you find in this mantle than you have ever known. The enemy is terrified of the mantle you are moving into My prophets! Get fierce! Be ferocious and don't stop! Move! Move! Move! It's time to move into the new mantle! The witchcraft coming against this new mantle is a sign of the momentum contained within this mantle. The promotion, this moving into this new mantle is the greatest promotion and shift in many of your lives thus far. It's the greatest increase of anointing that you have known."

In this vision I began to see prophets being positioned in the world and speaking words from the heart of the Father, one word that unlocks the heart of those who do not yet know Jesus and salvation SUDDENLY coming forth.

The Lord is training and increasing the prophets right now in clarity and insight to go forth in greater empowerment of the Spirit to partner with Him in a new level of prophetic evangelism.

There is a completely new display of prophetic evangelism that is about to burst forth as the increase of clarity, revelation and insight is released to the prophets to release My nature and the secrets of My heart to mankind across the earth.

I heard the Lord say "IT'S A SURGE!!!!"

SURGE DEFINITION: a sudden powerful forward or upward movement, especially by a crowd or by a natural force such as the tide.

SYNONYMNS: gush, rush, outpouring, stream, flow, sweep, swell, swelling, heaving, billowing, rolling, roll, bulging, eddying, swirling, tide, burst, pour, cascade, spill, overflow

The Lord continued to speak:

"It's a MAJOR SURGE OF PROPHETIC EVANGELISM that is about to take place and the enemy is attempting to silence the prophets so they will not move into these DOUBLE MANTLES but I am fighting on their behalf. I am training them in the fire and they will go forth with My Words in their mouth, with the fire of My presence upon them and My Words like fire in their mouths and they will begin to see HARVEST all around. It's time for the PROPHET and the EVANGELIST to CONVERGE like never before."

IT'S TIME TO GO BEHIND THE VEIL LIKE NEVER BEFORE

"My prophets, it is time to go behind the veil like never before. It is time to come deeper into the place of Jeremiah 33:3. For the level of insight, revelation and clarity of My secrets and My Word that I am releasing to you in this new era is unlike anything you have seen and heard before. It is a new level of insight and a new level of revelation.

As you come behind the veil into the secret place I will entrust you to REVELATION knowledge and wisdom that you will take into the world and the places I send you and you will release these secrets and they will bring forth a GREAT UNLOCKING for the harvest. Hearts will be unlocked and come into salvation. Culture, cities and nations will be affected by the ANSWERS and PROPHETIC INSIGHT that I will release to you and through you for the world and will see the world left in awe of My wisdom that will also bring in the harvest. Many in the world will come to the knowledge of My reality and who I am, and My goodness and come to know Me, recognising the wisdom from on high! It's time to come behind the veil like never before."

THERE INCREASE OF THE TRAINING OF THE SAINTS IS ABOUT TO ESCALATE AND ACCELERATE (Ephesians 4:12-16)

I heard the Lord say:

"There is also an increase of the training and equipping of the saints for the work of the ministry that is about to ESCALATE and ACCELERATE for the harvest!!! There is going to be a greater acceleration of the training and equipping of the saints, a greater maturing, to send out, prepare, activate and equip. For there is a TIDAL WAVE of ACTIVATION crashing into the body of Christ right now to ACTIVATE My people in the PROPHETIC and EVANGELISM! It's time for the PROPHET and the EVANGELIST to EXPAND!"

MY VOICE IS GOING TO GO FORTH LOUDER THAN BEFORE

"My prophets, the enemy is attempting to drag many of you into a battle that feels like hell because you and I are about to snatch souls and save them from the reality of hell. This is the sound of the harvest! This is why the enemy is screaming at you to stop right now My prophets, because My VOICE is about to go forth through you, My Gospel and the secrets of My heart like never before that will bring MANY into the Kingdom and the saving knowledge of who I am and My goodness.

You MUST go forth! It's your time to move into the new activated mantle and move into the harvest field like never before. It's time! You have arrived! It is time!"

"I am leading many of you where you have never been before. It's uncomfortable, but it will be GLORIOUS as you see Me move in power through you like NEVER before. For SUCH a time as this is resounding loudly over you. Now is the time to TRUST in Me and TRUST in My POWER!!! The harvest is ripe and you are being sent forth in great acceleration and empowerment to bring in the harvest!!!!!"

"I Saw an Angel Standing Over Dallas and This Is What He Said..."

Dream Over Dallas

On December 20th, 2018, I had a dream where I was driving to downtown Dallas. I was having trouble getting on the on ramp, as my car did not have enough horsepower to get on. I tried to find other avenues of entry but each posed a threat. Suddenly, a mighty angel began to descend from the heavens onto downtown Dallas. He had a fierce and war-like appearance. He was about 100 feet tall. As he descended he turned to look at me, I was facing downtown Dallas hovering over the skyline. He began to decree over me, and I had the strong impression that what he was speaking over me was being decreed over the city. I stood as a sign in this heavenly encounter.
He began to thunder over me and Dallas, and when he did this I was overwhelmed by the authority and the power in his voice. I knew he was a prince warring angel, carrying an impartation from the spirit of prophecy. He seemed to embody the prophecy of God. The more He decreed, the louder his thunder grew. He said, "Your commission has changed. There has been a change in the books and scrolls of Heaven and your commission has changed. And I will not stop until every layer is activated." When he said this I understood that there had been much warfare over the land – over territory in the natural and supernatural. I had this strong impression that even the layers within the earth (the tectonic plates) had to be brought into alignment with the will of God.

"The time for Dallas has come. There are many layers that have to come into awakening in the heart of God's people, in the earth, and in the heavens."

Within the angel's simple words there were also many other things said; I heard them as thoughts that flooded my mind as he was speaking. I understood that delay, on many levels, was going to be dealt with as God was going to be moving, which would override the delay. I understood that it was time for the hand of God to move and that it would move sovereignly. This angel was here because he was fully committed and completely focused in bringing this to pass. I also knew that there was much to what he was saying that I did not comprehend yet. He went on to speak about the American Airlines Arena in downtown Dallas, and how this would be a place of first fruits for a move that would spill into stadiums in the city of Dallas. He spoke of the dome of the American Airlines Center. As he shared about this occurrence, I could see the angelic host flying to and fro from this center. He also mentioned that this was an angelic hub and the covering of his territory.

Manifesting the Greater Works of God

God has marked the city of Dallas with new angelic assignment and new angelic hosts. He has changed the commission of the city of Dallas. Previously, in the spirit, it has been known to release death as we can see evident in Roe vs. Wade and also in the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. Both of these instances set the tone for the nation, and even the globe, establishing the city as a center where death proceeded from.
The change in commission is a change in its purpose. In the past the prophetic destiny of Dallas was to release life and its influence was governmental, meaning it affected the whole nation and ultimately the globe. Now, the change in commission isn't only to release life or to carry great authority to bring national and international change, its commission is to manifest the greater works of God. I believe this was not appointed for many more years to come, but there has been a precipitation in Heaven that has released Dallas into a new commissioning.
John 5:20 is the commission of the city of Dallas: "For the Father loves the Son, and shows Him all things that He Himself is doing; and the Father will show Him greater works than these, so that you will marvel."

Deep Intimacy

The city of Dallas has been given the mandate to manifest the greater works of God. In essence this means deep intimacy. The outworking of that intimacy is great authority and great power, and the fruit of this is the wonder and marvel of God that will captivate the hearts of the nation and a generation with the depth and glory of the heart and hand of God.
I believe as God releases this angel, many who had not been able to move forward in their assignments will find their work empowered by the Spirit and Word of God in a fresh and supernatural way.
This movement in the city of Dallas will carry a grace for the prophetic and angelic realms to manifest in supernatural encounters that will reach the hearts of people in ways that have not been touched before. (Photo via Wikimedia Commons)
I believe the eagle, which is the symbol of American Airlines, speaks of this prophetic destiny: that Dallas is meant to go into the heights, into the supernatural, into revelation, into perspective, and into vision. Dallas has been commissioned to soar. Worship and the prophetic will spearhead a movement of mass-encounter evangelism.
After this dream I had a series of encounters and revelations for a period of two weeks. In this time, the Lord unpacked the message He sent through this angel.

Dream 2 – the Heart Of David and the Key of David

In another dream, the Lord began to speak to me about the heart of David. God showed me things called the heart lines and the fault lines and how He was bringing alignment in the hearts of His people to His heart. He showed me that the lines in the hearts of His people had to align with lines in His heart. These fault lines did not have a negative connotation. On the contrary, they spoke of facets of the heart – regions that needed to come into correct alignment – the heart on Earth as the heart that is in Heaven.

In the dream I could see David, and he was marked with this unique insight into everything that proceeded from the mouth of God. He didn't know just the words, He knew the depth of those words. There was no limit in his heart. The deepest and most outlandish words from God – things that God could not share with any other person – were like a second nature to David because He knew who spoke them. This was the very root of David's understanding into what we call the prophetic realms of God. It was his intimacy with God revealing itself in understanding. In the dream I knew what God meant when He said that He had found a man after His own heart. David was, first and foremost, a friend of God.
It is this posture of heart that will bring forth the will of God in the city of Dallas, in our nation, and in the earth. It is this posture of heart that will bring forth the greater works of God.
Acts 13:22 (emphasis mine), "After He had removed him, He raised up David to be their king, concerning whom He testified and said, 'I HAVE FOUND DAVID the son of Jesse, A MAN AFTER MY HEART, who will do all My will.'"
As I came out of this dream, the Lord told me to look up the prophecy that Ruth Ward Heflin gave over Dallas; one which I had read and prayed many times before. This prophecy is referred to by many as the EPICENTER PROPHECY because Dallas will be in the center of a move of God that will touch America.

"I was taken up in the Spirit and shown the end-time revival. One night in Jerusalem, I was carried away in the Spirit and saw the last-day revival. I saw a large platform. It was the deepest platform I had ever seen. I have stood on very broad platforms, but never one so deep. On the platform there were at least a hundred hospital stretchers filled with critically ill people. I knew that they were there because of the miracles that were taking place in the meetings. I saw television cameras and reporters from all of the major networks and knew that they were there recording the great revival. I saw America ablaze with God, and I knew that when the revival had fully been ignited across America, Dallas, Texas would be the center of it." As I revisited this prophecy in light of the dream I had about the fault lines in the heart of David, I had the impression that the reference to the deep platform Ruth Heflin saw in her vision was actually the layers and depth that the angel spoke of in the first dream I was given. I also sensed that there was a connection to the tag-line "EPICENTER" and the language that the Holy Spirit chose to use in the dream about the heart of David and the alignment in the fault lines of the heart to His heart.
In prayer, I heard the Lord say that this prince warring angel had been released to bring forth the manifestation of the word Ruth Heflin had released many years ago. The time for Dallas has come. There are many layers that have to come into awakening in the heart of God's people, in the earth, and in the heavens.

Dream 3 – the Host of Heaven

In this third dream, I was taken into the realm of the host of Heaven, and I could see the expanse of the heavens filled with lights. As I watched this, the voice of God began to speak to me. He unpacked even further the revelation He had released in the first dream where the angel spoke to me. God began to speak and say, "The layers that the angel spoke of are the layers of authority in the heavens according to Ephesians 6:12, 'For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of the darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in heavenly places.'"
What are these layers?
• Rulers
• Powers
• World forces
• Present darkness
• Spiritual forces
• Wickedness in heavenly places
God has released an angelic host to deal with these dimensions as God's people align with His heart, as they put on the whole armor of God, and as they walk according to the word they have been given. God simply requires of us to set our prayers and intercession towards Heaven for the release of the glory of the prophetic promises, to strike the ground with leaps of faith and acts filled with obedience. We are not to go and pick fights with these dimensions, that is not wisdom, but rather our very stand in prayer according to the will of God, and our stand in obedience, and our devotion in worship will mobilize these angels to their greatest capacity in this hour.

Dream 4 – the Manifold Wisdom of God

In this forth dream, I saw a woman in the fullness of purity walking on a stage in the heavens. She was walking in a 7-fold light – in the light of the rainbow. As she moved forward, she would manifest this light and every hue in its spectrum. God began to speak to me about the DNA of this generation and the fresh fire that was going to fall upon them. He told me it was going to bring forth a new language for the miraculous because God was going to use the supernatural record of DNA of this generation to give expression to the wisdom of God in the heavens and in the earth according to Ephesians 3:9-10, "...and to bring to light what is the administration of the mystery which for ages has been hidden in God who created all things; so that the manifold wisdom of God might now be made known through the Church to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly places."
The woman in the dream symbolized the Bride of Christ in this generation and the light, the wisdom and the glory of God – in her ways, in her steps and in her actions. His light is clothing her whole existence. The 7-fold light also speaks of the 7 spheres of society, like Joseph who had a manifold colored coat that represented the favor over his life but also the influence that he would walk in. I believe that this fresh outpouring of God will awaken the depth of the record of God in the very DNA of a generation. This will bring forth the manifestation of the greater works of God not only in the heavens, but also on the earth; not only in the church, but in the secular spheres. Dallas is the epicenter for the glory of God that will bring transformation to a nation and touch the globe. It is time for this city to rise into its full commissioning. Let those who have ears hear what the Spirit of God is saying.
Many of us will join in a 40-day fast March 16 - April 24th to bring our hearts into alignment with the heart of God in order to draw near to Him and to see His greater works filling the face of the city of Dallas unto the ends of the earth.
