 When the Lord gave Jennifer this assignment years ago – to carry the state of California in prayer, she was obedient to the call. I'm sure it must be gratifying to now be able to declare prophetically that the drought is over. It is also an act of GREAT FAITH because the drought appears anything but "over."  
When I receive words like this from credible prophetic and intercessory voices, I LOVE IT! Because now I get to agree in prayer and I get to watch it come to pass. I hope you'll be as excited with this word as I am. Here's how you should respond...
Agree in prayer, reminding God of this promise and telling Him you are partnering with this prophetic word to both declare and yes, DECREE that the drought is over. Just keep doing that until the clouds begin to burst with rain!
I was raised in California, met my wife in California, was married there, and our first two children were born there. MY HEART is WITH CALIFORNIA and I am partnering with this word that, "THE DROUGHT IN CALIFORNIA IS OVER." I plan to agree with and decree this word and I hope you'll do the same.

Word of the Lord: "The Drought is Over"
I was enjoying the cool beach air and the light rain in Carmel, California last week, as I took some personal time to think about and work on some writing assignments. The atmosphere was spiritually open and I sensed the prophetic anointing the moment I arrived. I normally encounter moderate to severe spiritual problems in each city I travel to, requiring a day or two of focused prayer just to find my balance. This time it was different and I was just grateful to have the peace of God on the very first day.
As I was walking towards the beach, the Holy Spirit spoke clearly to my heart. He said, "The drought is over." I didn't react, but continued to listen. He repeated it again saying, "The drought is over and the rains are coming back to California." California has been in a physical drought for three or four years officially and has been rationing water. I live in the farm belt of California and water is critical to our economy. I've had prophetic words connected to the appearance of rain in the past, but this time it felt like a much stronger word.
Elijah and Intercessory Prayer
I suddenly connected the analogy of Elijah on Mt. Carmel in I Kings 18 and my personal trip to Carmel, California. The opening verse of this chapter is a specific instruction to Elijah from the Lord to "present yourself to Ahab and I will send rain on the earth." They too were in their third year of drought and without a word from the Lord, it was not going to change. It was also the set-up for that famous showdown between the prophets of Baal, Jezebel, and the prophet Elijah.
I believe this was a God-ordained coincidence as I've had my own dealings with the spirit of Jezebel in California. I keep prophetic watch for the state and intercede deeply for it. This prophetic watch began with a vision about eight years ago that would play repeatedly inside my imagination. I kept seeing a scene of a mother bear fighting for her cubs. It reminded me of the bear on the California state flag, but I didn't connect it until a visiting minister from England came to speak at our church. She had shared a prophetic word about the coming glory revival for the state of California. When she shared the word, a prophetic burden came on me from the Lord and I began to fight in prayer for the children of California like a mother who had lost her "cubs." (Photo via Wikipedia)
Soon after, I also had a visitation from an angel with instructions on how to intercede for the state. I can't give all the details here, but one of the instructions was to: ask the Lord for the anointing of Elijah to come upon the state to 1) reconcile families and 2) to destroy Jezebel (Mal. 4:5-6). As my intercessory teams and I obeyed the Lord to pray, we experienced very complex spiritual warfare that told us to never be complacent about the sick and violent assignments against children. The Jezebel spirit hates and destroys children and we were to pray always. We've continued our intercession for California and have not given the Lord rest on this matter (Is. 62:7).
Prophetic Dream: Storms of Glory Coming to the Church
At the end of my week in Carmel, the Lord gave me a prophetic dream. I was in a two-story educational facility in the middle of a well-watered, lush valley and hillside. The facility didn't belong to me, but in the dream I held authority to provide counsel within this building. I only saw one room on the top floor, but it needed some attention! It was dusty and the furniture was all out of place. I looked out the window and watched a white tornado hit a home about 1/3rd of a mile away. It flattened the garage and then went through the interior and gutted the inside. I also knew there were 30 tornadoes coming towards this educational facility very soon. The facility leader was a pretty red-haired woman who had a small company of followers with her. I warned her in the dream about the coming white tornadoes.
The timing of this dream concerned me at first. Understand that I had heard a specific prophetic word about rain and then I had a specific dream about the coming tornadoes! The very next day after this dream, and as many of you have read, there were dangerous rain downpours in the mid-west with tornadoes touching down in different places as well. In all sensitivity, I don't think my word and dream were about the mid-west situation, although it can appear that way on the surface. I have too much intercessory history with California and it resonated with me to be more about the West Coast with promising implications for the rest of the United States. I wanted to make that clear and to remain sensitive to the serious weather mayhem that occurred with all prayerfulness.
With that being said, what is God saying? First of all, to California He is saying: there are storms, actually movements, of white glory coming to the Church. This is good news. It's a deep glory, it's full of His holiness, and has movement on it. Ultimately, this is about the salvation of souls and advancing the Kingdom of God in ways we couldn't make happen on our own. This glory "movement" will first challenge anything out of order by removing it or cleaning it out. If you are a pastor, you will most likely experience your church being sifted. People who aren't with you will be moved out. You need them to go so you can move forward. Set your heart to not stay in grief, to not be bitter, but to praise Him because it needed to happen. For others, this will challenge your friendships for the same reason. Your friendships and relationships will be reordered so you can run with those who are willing to run. We are also going to learn on a whole new level that just being sincere is not enough. Sincerity must also host the Presence of God to be effective. We will have to be in step with what God is doing and really learn how to carry the Glory of God in a way that "moves." It will be a new thing for many of us. Glory!
For the rest of the nation, here is what I believe God is doing in connection with this white glory – this "movement" coming to California. Former San Francisco Mayor, Gavin Newsom, once said, "What happens in California will happen everywhere" (my paraphrase). I'm not in agreement with most of the former mayor's stances, but many of us heard the prophetic word in his statements. (The Holy Spirit does prophesy through unbelievers on occasion: John 11:49-51.)
When I was attending college in Tulsa, Oklahoma, I began to notice a weather pattern. When it rained in California, that storm would many times show up three or four days later in Oklahoma. It would pick up force along the way, however, and be much stronger once it came to the mid-west. I believe this is a prophetic illustration for us. This glory movement coming to California will travel through the United States and pick up force along the way as it travels into different states.
California is a "Revivalist" State
California is a historical "well" for revivalists and revival movements. God blesses each state with its own glory and we recognize California as a consistent carrier of revival. I'm not saying that powerful moves of God will never start anywhere else. Of course they will! Either way, we can always count on California to bring forth a move of God and she's going to birth another.
When Elijah heard from the Lord about the rain, he didn't sit there. He went into a cave and actively prayed for the rain to come. With that said, I actively make the decree to California, "Your drought is over. The rains are coming!" Go ahead and receive this for yourself and receive it for the Body of Christ. When the physical rains come, recognize it as a blessing. The Lord spoke to me a few years ago out of Deut. 28:12 and said, "When you see the rain, know that I am blessing all the works of your hands." With that said, we bless the rain. We don't curse it, complain against it, or accept the attitude that it inconveniences us. We bless the rain! (Photo via Pixabay)
Finally, how do we prepare ourselves for these "white glory" movements coming to our lives and to our churches? I haven't experienced this before in the way I see it coming, and honestly feel inadequate to instruct for it. I do know the Word, however. It says, "The Lord God is a sun and shield, He gives grace and glory..." (Ps. 84:11). I believe that God shines His light on what needs to be seen and He then shields your heart as you see it. This helps us to see what needs to be set in order in our lives with joy and not condemnation. He also gives grace at the same time He's giving glory. He's not bringing a glory movement to California and then to the nation so we can fail at it. There will be His grace to match His glory

Connect with me. Soak in my presence and see what I have for you. Receive
the healing you need. Allow me to reach into you darkness. I am the light.

Ask of me and expect me to answer. It may come in your dreams, circumstances
or by an impression. Hang around those who hang around with me. Allow them
to influence your thinking, to lead you closer to me.

I am answering you; each prayer and question. Seek me out, find my answer.
Learn my ways so you may instruct others. Turn over each rock and see if I am
not there. Plant seed and watch it grow. Become bread for those starving.

Come closer to me. I am awaiting our time.

Supernatural Beings( Angels)are about to arrive on the scene assisting My children according to My Kingdom and now more than ever before they shall begin to naturalize before you as they truly are " Heaven on Earth " .

Honor them as they honor you as My Creation and realize they ARE part of My Kingdom, My Power, and My Glory on Earth as it is in Heaven for now they shall be assisting you in this battle as never before.

I have opened the Heavens now for you as I did for Jacob, as I did at My Resurrection I now do for My Glory . . .

Jacob’s Dream at Bethel

10 Jacob left Beersheba and set out for Harran. 11 When he reached a certain place, he stopped for the night because the sun had set. Taking one of the stones there, he put it under his head and lay down to sleep. 12 He had a dream in which he saw a stairway resting on the earth, with its top reaching to heaven, and the angels of God were ascending and descending on it. 13 There above it stood the Lord, and he said: “I am the Lord, the God of your father Abraham and the God of Isaac. 18 Early the next morning Jacob took the stone he had placed under his head and set it up as a pillar and poured oil on top of it. 19 He called that place Bethel, though the city used to be called Luz.

20 Then Jacob made a vow, saying, “If God will be with me and will watch over me on this journey I am taking and will give me food to eat and clothes to wear 21 so that I return safely to my father’s household, then the Lord[d] will be my God 22 and[e] this stone that I have set up as a pillar will be God’s house, and of all that you give me I will give you a tenth.”

God’s Angel to Prepare the Way

20 “See, I am sending an angel ahead of you to guard you along the way and to bring you to the place I have prepared. 21 Pay attention to him and listen to what he says. Do not rebel against him; he will not forgive your rebellion, since my Name is in him. 22 If you listen carefully to what he says and do all that I say, I will be an enemy to your enemies and will oppose those who oppose you.



2 Kings 6:17-20

17 And Elisha prayed, “Open his eyes, Lord, so that he may see.” Then the Lord opened the servant’s eyes, and he looked and saw the hills full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha.

18 As the enemy came down toward him, Elisha prayed to the Lord, “Strike this army with blindness.” So he struck them with blindness, as Elisha had asked.

19 Elisha told them, “This is not the road and this is not the city. Follow me, and I will lead you to the man you are looking for.” And he led them to Samaria.

20 After they entered the city, Elisha said, “Lord, open the eyes of these men so they can see.” Then the Lord opened their eyes and they looked, and there they were, inside Samaria.

Greater Works Shall You Do

As I was reading the book of John this week, the Holy Spirit showed me some of the most extraordinary words that Jesus had ever spoke. In the book of John chapter fourteen, Jesus was comforting His disciples before His departure to the father. He told them that He would not leave them alone, but He would send the Holy Spirit to be with them. They didn’t comprehend what He was saying, because they did not yet understand His resurrection.

They asked Him to show them the way to the father and Jesus replied, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” They still didn’t understand, and He continued explaining to them how He and the father are one, and that the words that He spoke were words from the father speaking through Him.

Then He said the most profound words in history, He said to them: “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father.” Then He said that He would do whatever they asked in His name. This promise is also for every believer on the face of the earth today.

The Lord says,

“I AM about to release the “greater works” in the earth today. I will visit My people in ways that will amaze them. I AM about to release My glory in your lives, and manifest Myself among you in ways that you have not yet known. The level of My anointing will increase immensely in the lives of believers as well as unbelievers, and many will come into the kingdom in the days ahead. It is time to be released from all spiritual lethargy and prepare your hearts for this spiritual awakening. Prepare yourself for the greater works that I AM about to release.

Pay attention to your dreams and unusual occurrences. Those who are listening will recognize My voice throughout the daytime as well as during the night. I will speak in visions and dreams to those who are paying attention to the leading of My Spirit. Allow Me to walk with you and talk with you throughout your day. Don’t be moved by what you see and what you hear in the natural. Don’t fear the supernatural realm because the powers of darkness, and the threats of the enemy are nothing to be compared to this latter day outpouring.

Revelation is available to you as it was to men and women of ancient days, as you press in for miracles, signs and wonders. In the days ahead you will no longer question Me or doubt My power because you will experience the greater works,”

says the Lord.

“So Jesus answered and said to them, “Assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but also if you say to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ it will be done. And whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you shall receive,”   Matthew 21:21.

“Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father. And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in My name, I will do it,”   John 14: 12-14.

“Now God worked unusual miracles by the hands of Paul, so that even handkerchiefs or aprons were brought from his body to the sick, and the diseases left them and the evil spirits went out of them,”   Acts 19:11-12.

                                                           Ask for His Refining Fires

To My chosen ones,

 call you all today to come out from among ALL that is unclean.  All, that is not of Me and My Spirit.  Listen to Me well, My faithful ones.  Soon there will be great changes in the atmospheres of both the physical and the spiritual.  And, I do not want you caught up in the gross darkness that shall soon cover the earth.

Therefore, I say to you; call out to Me and get into My presence on a daily basis.  Allow Me to cleanse you from all filth and corruption of flesh and the world.  Oh, do you not know that these are the last days in which all must choose between either the world and its darkness, or My kingdom and its light?

So I say to you, choose well this day.  Choose My kingdom, and I shall do great wonders in the midst of you and through you.

I love you all, dearest ones.  Therefore, come unto Me this day and cry out for my judgments.  Yes, it is true that My judgments are not always pleasant.  However, My judgments to you are redemptive in nature and for your own righteousness sake.

Soon, I will pour out My Spirit of cleansing, and those who do not choose to yield to my cleansing judgments shall endure great anguish.  But for you, My chosen ones, this shall not be so.  For your righteousness shall shine forth as the sun after you have allowed my refining fires to cleanse you and make you whole.

I love you, My faithful ones.  So heed this word of Mine this day and cry out for my refining fires.  Surely I will hear your heart’s cry and will gladly pour out My Spirit of burning upon you.  And I shall burn all the dross and corruption from you and you shall reflect My holiness.  Not the pretend holiness as taught by the false teachers and prophets. No, for in this true holiness, you shall reflect Me and My righteousness.  For does not my word proclaim that you must be holy as I am holy?  So then, ask of this refining fire and surely I shall not withhold it from you.  For it is My desire that you be holy just as I am holy.

Now then, for those who read this word and shrink back at this; know that I will not take any pleasure in your shrinking back.  And know this; those who do not choose My highway of holiness in these last days shall NOT be able to endure what is coming upon the earth.  For this gross darkness is not like anything ever known to man even unto to this day.  Yes, the last days will be just like the days of Noah.  However, this is the last days where both evil and good have reached their climax.  Therefore, both evil and good in these last days shall far surpass anything else up until this time.

So then, I cry out to you all who would shrink back at the thought of my refining fires, and I say to you; consider your ways.  Is this present evil age worth forfeiting your eternal life with Me?  I think not?   Therefore, carefully weigh your choices in these last days.  Do they lead you to repentance and righteousness unto Me, or do they pull you further into the world and its ways?

I love you all, My little ones.  So choose carefully this day in whom you shall serve; Me, or your selfish ways and this world.

Do not forget these words of Mine and know that your choices in the short days ahead will forge your destiny to either everlasting life with Me, or everlasting shame and contempt.  Therefore, choose wisely My little ones.

Listen to the Wind By Joey Rocha    on May 19, 2015 Do you ever hear random songs in your head? God speaks to us in many ways. In the book of Job it says that, God speaks, again and again, though people do not recognize it. JOB 33:14 Lately I’ve been hearing the old folk song “Short’nin’ Bread” in my head. I have not heard that song in probably twenty years. So I realized that the Holy Spirit was speaking to me. The lyrics of the chorus go like this: “Mamma’s little baby loves short’nin’, short’nin’, mamma’s little baby loves short’nin’ bread.” Ok, I know you all know it. We all sang it as children. So sing-a-long, “Mamma’s little baby loves short’nin’, short’nin’, mamma’s little baby loves short’nin’ bread.” Yep, now it’s stuck in your head (forgiveness please). In contemplating the meaning of this, the revelation came to me that God is about to birth a baby in my life! I know this to be true, as I have been going through the travail of birth pangs for quite some time now. Babies mean new beginnings such as; families, ministries, business’s, etc. I’m birthing something new! It’s going to be glorious! This season of pregnancy (growing and stretching) has been very hard and painful but The Lord is encouraging me to hang on because I’m almost there! And then some further revelation came, this baby will love Short’nin’ bread! Bread is symbolic for the word of God. It’s a ministry! Ok, so now God has my attention. So I decided to do a little research on Short’nin’ Bread. This is what I discovered, Short’nin’ Bread originated among slaves working on plantations in the early 1800s during the Civil War era. Short’nin’ bread was a treat that plantation cooks could whip up easily. The ingredients were simple: cornmeal or flour, baking powder, shortening, molasses or brown sugar, and water. The word short’nin’ bread is actually shortbread. The molasses or brown sugar gave the short’nin bread it’s wonderfully sweet flavor, which the little children loved. The lyrics of the song are insightful as well, Three little babies lying in bed, Two was sick and the other ‘most dead. Sent for the doctor and the doctor said, “Give those babies some short’nin’ bread.” The gist of the song is that the doctor orders short’nin bread to help heal the sick children and guess what? It works!! Do you hear what God is saying here? This new ministry will share the bread of life, which will heal people! The Doctor is in! This word is not just for me. The body of Christ as a whole is in a season of pregnancy. We are all in this together. The Lord has sped-up the clock. There is a huge acceleration happening. Many are in labor. What would normally take years to process in us is now taking only months. God is healing us. He knows that the pain of the process at times has been excruciating and at some points almost unbearable. The word of the Lord is, hang on you are almost there! It’s almost time to give birth! When a woman is in labor she agonizes in pain. But once the baby is birthed she forgets her pain and is in travail no more because of the joy of the new birth. This is your birthing season. God knows you’re tired. The time IS coming SOON when He will cause you to forget your trouble and make you fruitful! Before the years of famine came, two sons were born to Joseph by Asenath daughter of Potiphera, priest of On. Joseph named his firstborn Manasseh and said, “It is because God has made me forget all my trouble and all my father’s household.” The second son he named Ephraim and said, “It is because God has made me fruitful in the land of my suffering.” GENESIS 41: 50-52 What will you name your new baby? There is another revelation . . . There are many in the body who have struggled for years and years with strongholds of sin. As a Christian you have been at war with yourself having spent endless days and nights agonizing in the battle between the Spirit and the flesh wondering if there will ever be victory. The enemy has plagued you with quilt and you are battle worn. I have good news. There is a nugget in this word that is specifically for you. When making short’nin’ bread the SLAVES during the CIVIL WAR era would have to use the least expensive ingredients available to them, and may have even made it at times without any leavening agent at all, sort of like a flatbread. They made UNLEAVENED BREAD! Unleavened bread means without sin. The baby that God is delivering is you. You are Gods child. He has bottled the tears you have shed in the night season. Joy is about to spring forth! Your life is going to become sweet again because the bread of life has come down from heaven to heal you. And you will sing praises to the Lord because of all that he has done. When those children layin’ in the bed Heard that talk about shortnin’ bread They popped up well and started to sing Skipping ’round the room doing the pigeon wing Our job now is to keep pushing and be expectant because we are indeed expecting! And to think, all this because of a children’s song whispered into my ear. I paid attention to God speaking in ways some may consider “out of the box.” Let us have “ears to hear” what the Spirit is saying. In the Bible the Holy Spirit is many times referred to as “the wind,” And suddenly there came from heaven a noise like a violent rushing wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. Acts 2:2 And when He had said this, He breathed on them and said to them, “Receive the Holy Spirit. John 20:22 “The wind blows where it wishes and you hear the sound of it, but do not know where it comes from and where it is going; so is everyone who is born of the Spirit.” John 3:8 The wind speaks to those who listen so I want to encourage you to . . . He has been doing it in an increased rate and measure in my life. And this post is an example. I had literally just gone to the sink to wash my face and heard, "It's time for birthing millions." I went to the computer to my little journal file and wrote that down. And then (not even two minutes later) I read this post which says: "The body of Christ as a whole is in a season of pregnancy. You are alive IN HIM and it is His pleasure to flow ~ through you unobstructed as a pure and virtuous stream ~ ~ ~ to replenish those parched traveling through dry lands but you to must drink deep from His eternal forgiveness and as you raise your head from these waters never look back as Lot's wife but "focus on His heart for His children" for you "ARE" an Oasis of Him as you mirror His water alone for Truly all flesh must be left behind. As His words speak "I only say what I hear the Father say and I only do what I see The Father do", Yeah, a Mirror of Holy water for all to drink deep from ; Christ Jesus alone!

“Vision with Jill Austin and the Deep Reservoir - Part Two: 05-16-15”
I am standing next to Jill Austin again in the vision. We are standing before the window watching the sunrise. I watch with her wondering what will happen next. Then Jill turns to look at me, and she smiles, and says, “It is time, Susan. Come with me.” She holds out her hand and motions for me to follow her. She turns and takes off her apron and hangs it on the hook. Then she pauses and runs her hand along the cupboard and she releases a sigh on the way out. Then she opened the door and we stepped out into the daylight.

The sun was still rising and everything was cast in the same orange glow. It was beautiful to behold. Jill started walking across the yard and I turned and hurried to keep up with her. She then headed to a hilly area on the property. Jill stopped and looked, and I stopped next to her. There was a door built into the side of the hill, much like a tornado shelter or a root cellar would be. She looked at me and smiled. “You are ready to begin. It is time to access what has been hidden until now. It is time to enter the deeper reservoir.”

With that, Jill reached out and pulled on the door, which easily responded to her touch. She went through the door and into a room. I followed her into the room, and I saw that there were more stairs. She then smiled at me, and went down the next flight of stairs. It grew even darker as we progressed downwards. We then came to a dead end. Jill then knelt down and felt for something in the dirt floor. She found it and pulled up on a hidden handle, which lifted to her touch.

We descended via an old iron ladder down a dimly lit vertical channel. I was about to question Jill, when she called to me from below. “Come Susan, you must see what lies ahead.” Within a couple more rungs we were now standing on a ledge. I could see below and there was a river of lava flowing. “We are in a lava tube underground?” I asked. “No,” Jill said, “This is what the Lord has brought you to understand. You must fully enter into the depths, in order to bring the full harvest in.”

She then turned and threw herself downwards into the lava flowing below. I watched in horror as Jill plunged into the lava. I didn’t know what to do. I paced back and forth. Jill did not come back up from the lava. After a moment I slowly realized that I must follow. I finally came to the conclusion that there was no other place to go, so I just jumped. I hit the lava and speedily sank into it. It did not burn me at all. I was surprised, because I could actually see within the lava and was astounded.

Within the lava was a place, and there were multitudes of people there. They were all alive and smiling at me. I could see clearly each person, and the Lord who stood among them. He laughed at my expression heartily. Jill also laughed, coming over to stand beside me. I said, “This is not lava at all.” The Lord laughed again, “No Susan, it is not. This is the place of My Deep, the place that I am calling all of My People into. You must learn to live in My Deep, in order to release the depths of the knowledge of Me upon the earth. You are the leadership called to help My People give birth to the knowledge of Me.”

“My People must surrender themselves to Me fully, and align everything in their lives with Me. My People are earthen vessels, and they are also heavenly vessels. There are two realms are dwelling within their being, but the earthly one is still mainly predominant in My church, and this cannot remain so in your day. One must give way. My Kingdom is within you, but that is just the beginning. You each must yield fully to me, and allow Me to establish My deeper Reservoir within you.”
“I have deep reservoirs that you know not of; and few have chosen to seek out these places that flow from within. You must break open the fountains of the deep, which will empower you for the harvest that you must all reap. I have prepared you for this season. You stand at the precipice of great global change, but few are correctly positioned to govern in the changes that shall soon begin. It is time that you all choose to get fully in. It is time that you all abandon yourselves to My higher call.”

“Many have already paid the price to prepare the way for you. Now it is your turn to prepare the way for multitudes.” Jesus then waved His arm at all of the people who stood near. He said, “These all stand here because of My Grace. You also will stand by my Grace. It is My Grace that brought you to this place. It is My Wisdom that guides men in their race. It is My Grace that will bring you even further. Launch out into the reservoir of My Wisdom, it is available to all who will search it out.”

“My Word is an everlasting fire that cannot be put out. Men will try to silence the voices of My people in this hour, and will try to erase all knowledge of Me in your day, but nothing can prevent My Glory from fanning everywhere. I shall flood the earth with the knowledge of Me, and men shall know that it is I alone, that sets them free. From the very bowels of that which I have brooded over, and from what I have labored over in your day, I will surely bring it forth in every way.”

“You have allowed Me to purge you, and now I can bring forth My deeper view. Take no anxious or fearful thought for the days ahead, for I have given this time to you as your bread. I already know the things that will take place ahead. Take your positions in the deeper things of Me, for in this place will you understand the coming mysteries. My eruptions are about to begin, and when they do, you shall greatly fish for men. You will know what to do, and My Grace will bring you all through.”

The door into His Deep:

Isaiah 11:9 They shall not hurt or destroy in all My holy mountain, for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the Lord as the waters cover the sea. 10 And it shall be in that day that the Root of Jesse shall stand as a signal for the peoples; of Him shall the nations inquire and seek knowledge, and His dwelling shall be glory [His rest glorious]!

Wisdom and the Fountain of the Deep:
Proverbs 8:27 When He prepared the heavens, I [Wisdom] was there; when He drew a circle upon the face of the deep and stretched out the firmament over it, 28 When He made firm the skies above, when He established the fountains of the deep, 29 When He gave to the sea its limit and His decree that the waters should not transgress [across the boundaries set by] His command, when He appointed the foundations of the earth—

Proverbs 18:3 When the wicked comes in [to the depth of evil], he becomes a contemptuous despiser [of all that is pure and good], and with inner baseness comes outer shame and reproach. 4 The words of a [discreet and wise] man’s mouth are like deep waters [plenteous and difficult to fathom], and the fountain of skillful and godly Wisdom is like a gushing stream [sparkling, fresh, pure, and life-giving].

Job 11:6 And that He would show you the secrets of wisdom! For He is manifold in understanding! Know therefore that God exacts of you less than your guilt and iniquity [deserve]. 7 Can you find out the deep things of God, or can you by searching find out the limits of the Almighty [explore His depths, ascend to His heights, extend to His breadths, and comprehend His infinite perfection]? 8 His wisdom is as high as the heights of heaven! What can you do? It is deeper than Sheol (the place of the dead)! What can you know?

Romans 11:32 For God has consigned (penned up) all men to disobedience, only that He may have mercy on them all [alike]. 33 Oh, the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God! How unfathomable (inscrutable, unsearchable) are His judgments (His decisions)! And how untraceable (mysterious, undiscoverable) are His ways (His methods, His paths)! 34 For who has known the mind of the Lord and who has understood His thoughts, or who has [ever] been His counselor?

Releasing the deeper knowledge of God to all men:

Romans 11:33 Oh, the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God! How unfathomable (inscrutable, unsearchable) are His judgments (His decisions)! And how untraceable (mysterious, undiscoverable) are His ways (His methods, His paths)!

Colossians 1:10 That you may walk (live and conduct yourselves) in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to Him and desiring to please Him in all things, bearing fruit in every good work and steadily growing and increasing in and by the knowledge of God [with fuller, deeper, and clearer insight, acquaintance, and recognition].

Philippians 1:9 And this I pray: that your love may abound yet more and more and extend to its fullest development in knowledge and all keen insight [that your love may display itself in greater depth of acquaintance and more comprehensive discernment], 10 So that you may surely learn to sense what is vital, and approve and prize what is excellent and of real value [recognizing the highest and the best, and distinguishing the moral differences], and that you may be untainted and pure and unerring and blameless [so that with hearts sincere and certain and unsullied, you may approach] the day of Christ [not stumbling nor causing others to stumble].

Major Battles Produce Greater Victories

The Lord has been showing me that there are many people in the body of Christ who are going through major battles in their lives, but He wants you to know that these battles will produce greater victories than you have ever known if you don't quit. If you look back in hindsight of all the trials that you have endured in the past, you will see that you have overcame them all. As you stay focused on the vision that He has for you, and continue to pursue His plan, you will become more than a conqueror through Jesus.  Sometimes we go through situations that are so devastating that the enemy will whisper in our ear just as Jobs wife told him to curse God and die. Know the voice of your enemy. He will only come against that which is genuine. We will always go through a test before a promotion. Never forget that Jesus is with you through the fire. He is with you in the lions den and through the most difficult times.
The Lord says although the storms may be raging all around you, the battle may be fierce and the warfare may appear to be intensifying, do not panic but be still and listen for My voice. I speak in the midst of the storms. Have I not told you that if you will submit to Me and cast all your cares on Me I will supply all your needs? Many of you have had sleepless nights worrying about situations that you are going through and others of you are concerned about your future. Some have physical issues that the doctors said were terminal but nothing is impossible for those who believe. I am the God of the miraculous. Do not allow the evil one to bring fear, condemnation, tormenting thoughts and voices in the night seasons.  Listen for My still small voice. I will speak to you in the midst of your storms, your trials and perilous times. I Am the God who is above and beyond any storm that you go through and those dreams that have been dormant for years will be revived as I as I breathe life back into them. Do not retreat, but continue to pursue what I have placed in your heart to do. These storms shall pass. Just as the wise man who obeyed My word was steadfast and unaffected when the storms came. know that I will strengthen you as you stand immovable and trust Me to bring you through. Do not fear but encourage yourself in Me knowing that I am with you and I will uphold you with my righteous right hand says the Lord.

Do Not Fear the Future, God Is Still In Control!

^{PR 23:18} There is surely a future hope for you, and your hope will not be cut off.

I just felt led to encourage anyone who has been feeling fearful or anxious concerning what you see happening in the earth right now. The Lord wants you to know today that He is still in control, and that this is all actually just part of a plan that He is working out to cause the world to repent and turn to Him because Jesus Christ is about to return to the earth to set up His 1000 year kingdom here; and He needs people here to make a decision to either accept or reject Him before this happens. It is also a time for the Body of Christ to wash our robes and to become the priests that we truly are.

^{JDG 3:12} Once again the Israelites did evil in the eyes of the LORD, and because they did this evil the LORD gave Eglon king of Moab power over Israel.

There is a biblical pattern in the bible where every time Israel would turn away from God that He would allow a foreign nation and people to come and oppress them until they would repent and cry out to Him for deliverance and salvation. Well, as you can see, much of the world has turned away from Him, especially in the so-called Christian nations, and now we are seeing the fruit of this same pattern affecting us as we have rejected God and turned to idols. But rest assured God is waiting for us to see the error of our ways and to return to Him with all our hearts so He can come and help us.

^{RO 8:19} The creation waits in eager expectation for the sons of God to be revealed.

The Lord has also sent a call out into the body of Christ for a remnant of people who will hear His voice and repent of their sin and idolatry and turn to Him with their whole hearts so that He can flow through them to help this lost and frightened world. These people are the sons of God in the earth and they are hearing His call and washing their robes as we speak. We are the future priests and leaders of this world so we need to start living like it now by obeying the Lord and walking in truth in all our ways. The Lord will enable us to do this, so do not think you have to do this all by yourself.

^{JER 29:13} You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.

Since we are in the last days this persecution and tribulation will likely cover the whole globe, but so will the power of God and the greatest revival man has ever known as we get closer to Jesus and further from our sin and the pollution of the world. So I would encourage you to seek the Lord with all of your heart right now, and to not fear what is coming. If you will get close to God He will reveal Himself to you like never before and you will experience Heaven on earth in your own home and heart everyday. This is your time to shine, not fear; so trust that God is with you and still in control!

I just now caught the similarity of Isaiah 34:17 and Psalm 16:5-6.

The times of refreshing are here, Beloved. Crystal clear Living Waters are flowing to you from My Throne of Grace.

My Spirit is being poured out upon all flesh. You who have been born again are the recipients of this Divine refreshment. My Presence shall refresh the weary and satisfy the faint.

I give rest to the burdened and joy to the sorrowing. I will satisfy the weary soul, and every languishing soul I will replenish. I satisfy the thirsty person. I will refresh everyone who is filled with sorrow. Drink your fill of the abundance of My house, Beloved.

I give My Children to drink of the river of My delights. For I AM the fountain of LIFE. I satiate your soul with the Pure Water of Life. Come to the Waters, all you who thirst and drink freely. Delight yourself in My abundance.

“repent therefore (be born again) so that TIMES OF REFRESHING may come from the Presence of the Lord,”   Acts 3:20.

“But this is [the beginning of] what was spoken through the prophet. And it shall come to pass in the last days, God declares, that I will pour out of My Spirit upon all flesh,”   Acts 2:16-17.

“For I have satiated the weary soul, and I have replenished every sorrowful soul,”   Jeremiah 31:25.

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest,”   Matthew 11:28.

Come deeper, Beloved. You have so much more to experience in Me.

All My mysteries are open to you. To you has been given the knowledge of the mystery of the kingdom of God. The hidden things are revealed by the Holy Spirit to My Children.

The wisdom of this age is passing away, yet to you, My Beloved, all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge are there for the finding. To you who are born again, this knowledge has been granted.

Seek and you shall find. Ask and you shall receive. Knock, and the Door shall be opened.

I have given you eyes to see and ears to hear. My Light has shown into your heart. Do not be fearful about anything.

Call upon Me, and I WILL answer you, and show you great and mighty things that you know not.

“There is a God in heaven who reveals mysteries,”   Daniel 2:28.

“It is the glory of God to conceal a thing: but the honor of kings is to search out a matter,”   Proverbs 25:2.

“Surely the Lord GOD does nothing unless He reveals His secret counsel to His servants the prophets,”   Amos 3:7.

“And He said, ‘To you it has been granted to know the mysteries of the kingdom of God, but to the rest it is in parables, so that seeing they may not see and hearing they may not understand,'”   Luke 8:10.

BUT GOD HAS REVEALED THEM TO US through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God,”   1 Corinthians 2:9-10.

               The Kingdom is Within

“Now when He was asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, He answered them and said, “The kingdom of God does not come with observation; nor will they say, ‘See here!’ or ‘See there!’ For indeed, the kingdom of God is within you,”   Luke 17:20-21, NKJV.

As I sat with the Lord, I heard:

“My child, the seed of the Kingdom is planted in your heart. Even as the natural seed carries the DNA code to produce the natural plant, so too the Kingdom Seed that is within you contains the blueprint of the Kingdom.”

Then I received:

My child, the Kingdom is within you like a seed
Prepare the soil of your heart, be ready to receive
First the blade, the head, then the full grain
The harvest is almost ready, it’s beginning to rain

My Seed is endued with the Spirit realm
Supernatural properties, the natural senses overwhelmed
Bringing forth the Kingdom, like roots of a great tree
Breaking the hard ground of religion, ushering in liberty

Like the mustard seed, is the Kingdom described
Small beginnings yield My Greatness, none can deride
Watered with My Word of Truth from above
Nourished on Mercy, Grace, and Love

The growing season has taken a long, long time
But patience produces the finest crop, by My design
Coded with My DNA, the Kingdom Seed within
Producing fruits of the holy vine, filling sanctified wineskins

First-fruits of this harvest, the ones who go behind the veil
Against these brave ones, the enemy cannot prevail
They’ll return to teach the Kingdom’s ways
To the hungry hearts who have not strayed

The loyal-hearted ones, the tested and the tried
Through deep spiritual purging, only on Him relied
Learning His ways and seeking His face
With foreheads like flint, they’ve kept the faith

The cry goes out, “The Kingdom of God is within,
It is time for the Harvest to begin.
Prepare! Prepare, the way for the appearing of the Lord
The fruit is ripe; He’s coming for His Great Reward”

At particular turning points of history a window opens and heaven is poured out. God localizes his presence over the life of an individual, a church, a city, or nation in outpoured blessing and power, in what we often call revival. They are special moments of time when heaven touches earth. Jesus taught that this is the one true object of prayer when he instructed us to ask, "Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven". Which of us does not want this – to live under an open heaven, to revel in an unhindered experience of heaven on earth?

But what does this look like and how does it actually work? In this teaching we will first describe what an open heaven is and secondly prescribe how it may be experienced.


What is an Open Heaven?

An open heaven can be described as an unhindered manifestation in the earth of all that heaven is, of God’s own presence and glory. Natural laws can be temporarily or permanently suspended as heaven breaks in. Signs and wonders, miracles and healings, revelations and unusual manifestations of power begin to occur. To varying degrees poverty, sickness, disease, and human degradation are driven back by the overpowering love of God. The most unlikely are swept into the kingdom and significant wealth can flow into the church.

Generally these seasons are characterized by at least four things: revelation, visitation, habitation, and inundation.


The Stairway to Heaven

First, revelation. Jesus "read Nathaniel’s mail". Seeing him, in the spirit, under the fig tree he revealed his inner nature as a man without guile. Despite being stunned by this amazing revelation Jesus promised him, "You shall see greater things than that…you shall see heaven open, and the angels of God ascending and descending on the Son of Man" (Jn 1:50, 51).

Jesus is referring here to Jacob’s dream of Genesis 28. Falling asleep Jacob saw a ladder resting on the earth with its top reaching into heaven – a stairway to heaven. By this means the angels of God were ascending and descending. Jesus is now the means by which heaven and earth communicate. Through him heaven comes to earth – ministering spirits are sent to men below bearing the commands and comforts of our heavenly Father. And in turn they bear the prayers and praises of the saints back to heaven. In Christ a divine interchange is now possible between heaven and earth.


Angelic visitations, dreams, visions, and prophecies are all characteristics of an open heaven. An open and supernatural communication occurs. This is the "normal" Christian life. As Paul testified, "I will go on to visions and revelations from the Lord. I know a man in Christ who fourteen years ago was caught up to the third heaven. Whether it was in the body or out of the body I do not know – God knows" (2 Cor 12:2). For those "in Christ" supernatural encounters are to be expected. And when kairos moments occur in the life of an individual, church, or even a nation they only increase in their intensity and incidence. We are in such a time.


Turning Points in History

Second, visitation. An open heaven occurs during turning points in history to increase Christ’s kingdom in the earth.

At the commencement of Jesus public ministry he was baptized and as, "he went up out of the water…heaven was opened, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and lighting on him. And a voice from heaven said, ‘This is my Son, whom I love, with him I am well pleased’" (Mtt 3:16, 17). As the pattern Son this foreshadows a moment in history when the Body of Christ, the church, reaches the fullness of the stature of Christ (see Ephesians 4:11-13) – maturity. The heavens will increasingly open over the corporate Christ in greater seasons of divine visitation and blessing as it approaches this time.

Already through increased manifestations of his glory the Father is beginning to declare, "Hey, this is my boy – this is my church, this is the corporate Christ, in whom I’m pleased!" Just as "God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and power, who then went around doing good and healing all who were under the power of the devil" (Acts 10:38) he will also anoint the corporate Christ with even greater effect. For he has promised, "greater works shall you do because I go to the Father" (Jn 14:12).

The heavens were also opened when Stephen was killed as the first martyr: "Stephen full of the Holy Spirit, looked up to heaven and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing at the right hand of God. ‘Look,’ he said, ‘I see heaven open and the Son of Man standing at the right hand of God’" (Acts 7:55, 56). At this the members of the Sanhedrin covered their ears screaming and rushed upon him, stoning him to death. Religious spirits will always resist an open heaven. But immediately the church was scattered from Jerusalem through the persecution and the word spread into Judea and Samaria. Through an open heaven the kingdom was increased.

When it was time for the gospel to go out to the Gentiles the heavens were again opened. Peter, falling into a trance "saw heaven opened and something like a large sheet being let down to earth by its four corners" (see Acts 10:9-23). Through this open-heaven revelation, the door opened to the Gentiles. Peter was shown he was not to declare unclean what God had declared clean. A whole new chapter of God’s purpose for the earth began.

This generation has been called to live under an open heaven. Never before has the door to the Gentiles been as open as it is right now. This is the time to be pressing into God for an open-heaven revelation and outpouring – for an increase of the supernatural and therefore of Christ’s kingdom in the earth.



The House of Prayer

Third, habitation. When Jacob awoke from seeing the heavens opened and a ladder with angels ascending and descending his response was, "WOW!" He said, "’Surely the Lord is in this place, and I was not aware of it. He was afraid and said, ‘How awesome is this place! This is none other than the house of God; this is the gate of heaven…He called that place Bethel…" (Gen 28:16-19).

When God visits he comes to stay. He is not only interested in visitation but also habitation. He is looking for a place to dwell. Somewhere he can call home, where he can kick back, and relax. An environment that answers to who he is. So, what creates that environment? What kind of house does he want to live in? One that’s filled with intercessory worship. Jesus said that, "My Fathers house shall be called a house of prayer".

So, an open heaven is marked by a significant increase in the spirit of prayer and of worship. No church growth program, city reaching strategy, or "anointed" entertainment will ever build the house that God lives in. He will only dwell with the humble and contrite of spirit. If we understood the implications of this we would be on our faces. Just because we call ourselves "church" does not guarantee that we are, in fact, the house of God! The Lord continues to cry out to this generation, "’Heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool. Where is the house you will build for me? Where will my resting place be? Has not my hand made all these things, and so they came into being?' declares the Lord. ‘This is the one I esteem: he who is humble and contrite in spirit and trembles at my word’" (Isa 66:1, 2).


The Wealth of the Nations

Fourth, inundation. "The Lord will open the heavens, the storehouse of his bounty, to send rain on your land in season and to bless all the work of your hands. You will lend to many nations but will borrow from none. The Lord will make you the head and not the tail…"
(Deut 28:12, 13).

When we are living under an open heaven not only is the Spirit outpoured but we can often also

experience increased financial blessing. While not always the case increased spiritual outpouring can signal increased financial outpouring. It is possible though to experience the one without the other. Why is this? Space doesn’t permit us to explore this in-depth suffice to say that there are a number of reasons including: timing issues, spiritual warfare, a special dealing of God, reaping and sowing, the trial of faith, purity of motive, and curses.

Despite these exceptional circumstances we can be assured from Scripture that God desires to bless his children materially (see Psa 65:9-13; 68:10; Isa 60:5-9; Jer 31:12; 2 Cor 8:9). As his glory increases on the church this will be manifested by increased financial blessing for the sake of the gospel. The heavens belong to the Lord but the earth he has given to the sons of men. With the increase of revival there will be an accompanying release of the earth’s resources to the work of God. In fact, under an open heaven there is a transfer of wealth as the abundance of the nations flows into the house of God. Where previously there has been financial struggle suddenly, with an open heaven, the floodgates of provision are opened and the kingdom moves forward.

However, I must sound a warning. This does not necessarily imply an increase of personal wealth, although obviously this can happen. What I am saying is that under an open heaven "no one will claim that any of their possessions are their own" (see Acts 4:32). Neither am I implying a community of goods, although some may be called to this. Under an open heaven there is though such a fundamental inner change that material things have no hold. In obedience to the Spirit they can be released for the benefit of the gospel. We can therefore be trusted with substantial material increase.


Now, how do we experience an open heaven?


Faith & Patience

First, by faith and patience. The times and seasons belong to the Lord. There is a sovereignty factor in the timing of God that is beyond our control. There are always divine delays in the fulfillment of the promise. Abraham was called to hold onto the promises for some 25 years before they were finally realized (see Heb 6:11-15). Entering the full experience of an open heaven whether personally, as a ministry, or as the larger Body of Christ is dependent on the Father’s own timetable. The seasons of refreshing and restoration are determined by him. But in the meantime we are pressed into God as we wait in humility and faith.



Resting in the Work of Christ

Second, by resting in the work of Christ. Through his death, burial, resurrection, and ascension he "has gone into heaven and is at God’s right hand – with angels, authorities and powers being made subject to him" (1 Pet 3:22). He has already opened the heavens on our behalf (see Heb 3:14; 6:20; 8:1; 9:24). The work has already been done. No amount of ascetic activity, or fleshly striving can ever improve on what Christ has already perfectly completed.


Obeying the Great Commandment

Third, by obeying the "Great Commandment". The promise of open heavens is conditional: "The Lord will open the heavens…if you pay attention to the commands of the Lord your God…" (Deut 28:12-13). But what are those commands? Jesus provided the answer when he was asked which was the greatest commandment. Quoting from the "shema" (Deuteronomy 6) he answered, "Hear, O Israel, … Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength"(Mk 12:29).

Being under an open heaven, above all else, is a love relationship. The Father is preparing a worshipping bride who at the climax of history will stand under an open heaven. She will enjoy unhindered communion and enter the full benefits of all that Christ has purchased through his passion.

We are now living in that climax of history. Now is the time, through faith and patience, to appropriate the promise of an open heaven. Let us therefore labour to enter Christ’s rest, obeying the commandment to love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength.
