Struggling with the flesh lately-more than usual. Last eve just before turning out light read in I Chron., ch 9 about the men appointed to guard the  temple treasures & today when I got home for a few minutes before afternoon shift picked up a card on the desk with the scripture 2 Tim 1:9...verse 14..."through the power of the Holy Spirit who lives within us, carefully guard the precious truth that has been entrusted to you"

 Thank you Lord for faithfully speaking/reminding me of Your 
'very present help in time of need'...
