“You Are the Light – Transforming the Atmosphere Around You”

In January, God is bringing the timing of your life into divine alignment.
Things that have been held up and delayed are coming to you, and God is
inviting you to be joyfully present in your current moment. He is
giving you specific revelation to make good choices, but after you make a
decision it will be important to stand in faith without doubt. He is
also giving you fresh vision to see what exceedingly great things are
possible when you have faith. This will be a time of repayment,
so expect to see what the enemy has stolen from you to be restored many
times over. In all situations, focus on Jesus’ words – you are light to
the world – and watch as God solidifies your identity so that you are
not derailed by negative emotions or circumstances.
Divine Alignment of Time
“There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens.” (Ecclesiastes 3:1)
God’s timing is perfect. Learning to trust His timing takes some practice, but each day He gives us the opportunity to make agreement with His divine order of the things in our lives. This month, God is bringing divine alignment of time into your life. Things that have been held up or delayed are coming to you, and there is an acceleration happening that is bringing the timing of things in your life into God’s perfect order. God is highlighting the choice to be present in this time, without looking backwards or forwards. Let go of regrets, fears, and dependency on future events for your happiness. Rejoice in today!
Powerful to Choose
“But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea that is driven and tossed by the wind. For that person must not suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways.” (James 1:6-8)
We have been given the ability to make choices in our lives. We make choices every day: what to wear, what to eat, how to interact with others, which route to take to work, when to go to bed. We choose who to be in relationship with, what job to take, what car to drive, and where to live. Intentionally making good choices makes us powerful people. At times in lives we may not like the hand that we’ve been dealt, but we are all powerful in the midst of our circumstances to choose wisely, confidently, and in faith nonetheless.
God trusts us to make good choices. We must make our decisions in faith, not doubting. God blesses the decisive. As in the parable of the talents (Matthew 25:14-30), the master blessed the two servants who took action and made wise choices. The master cursed the servant who did nothing. James 1:6-8 tells us that a man who doubts must not believe he will receive anything from the Lord, that he is unstable in all his ways. This month, God is giving you specific revelation to make wise choices, but you must believe and not doubt. Once you make your decision, stand in faith.
Faith for the Unseen
“You will have what your faith expects!” (Matthew 9:29 The Passion Translation)
What if we believed this verse? What if our lives bore the fruit of what we hoped for? What if we so believed in God’s goodness and faithfulness that we stood confidently in faith that all of His promises would come to pass? What if we pushed past the way things look right now, beyond our disappointments, and believed that God wanted to give us the desires that are in our hearts?
“Now faith brings our hopes into reality and becomes the foundation needed to acquire the things we long for” (Hebrews 11:1 The Passion Translation). This month, God is giving you fresh vision to see what’s possible when you have faith. Take some time to dream with Him about the things that are in your heart. Write them down and envision what each of those dreams will look like. Imagine each one with as much detail as you can. Ask God what they will be like in the future. Cultivate faith in God’s ability to make these things happen.
Taking Back
“Heal me, LORD, and I will be healed; save me and I will be saved, for you are the one I praise.” (Jeremiah 17:14)
In January, God is revealing things that the enemy has stolen from you. This will be a time of repayment for what has been stolen and lost. These could be needs that were never met in your life, or a trauma that you endured. Trauma is a deeply distressing or disturbing experience. It could be anything that caused intense fear or pain in your life. Many people have not processed the painful experiences in their lives. This month, there is grace to face the pain as God brings healing. He will heal some of you supernaturally, and for others, He will highlight and direct you to books, teachings, counselors, and ministries to direct you on your path to healing.
I Am Light
“You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in Heaven.” (Matthew 5:14-16)
God is releasing identity and purpose into lives and situations so that we are not derailed by our emotions and circumstances. A bad day does not make you a bad person. A sad day does not make you depressed. External circumstances and the emotions stirred up by those circumstances don’t define you. If I agree that my feelings or circumstances will become the definition of me, then I’m speaking that into existence and it will become my reality because I created it.
Instead, take some time to ask God to show you how you are light to the world. Ask Him to reveal to you how you transform the atmosphere around you, and how you bring goodness, light, and life, simply by being you. In all situations, focus on the light that you are releasing and watch what happens.

“At the End of 2019, Pioneers will Say: Look What the Lord Has Done!”
There are four prophetic words that have been following us for the
past month during our time in the U.S. Everywhere we turn and look,
everywhere we stay, they are highlighted to us repetitively and daily.
These four words, “Pioneer, Evergreen, Swift and Wonderland” and have
jumped out to us in unusual ways. One example of many is that our hotel
was unexpectedly located on “Pioneer Trail,” another was opposite
“Pioneer Lane.” I believe the Holy Spirit is speaking specifically to
the pioneers in this coming year and season: It is time to take possession of your wonderland, it will be filled with evergreens and it will happen swiftly.
Your Gates Are Being Strengthened
In the past few months, there has been intense and increased
opposition and pressure upon the pioneers. If you have been walking
through an unusual time of confusion, opposition, betrayal and
relentless warfare, take heart. You hold in your hands the keys of a
pioneer and your Father is walking ahead of you…He is leading the way
and you are not alone. The opposition will relinquish as you continue
moving forward, so don’t give up now. I believe this warfare has been
sent on assignment from the enemy to prevent many pioneers from
discovering and taking their Promised Lands.Though the opposition and spiritual warfare you have endured this year may have been fierce, I hear the Father’s roar of protection over you: “My beloved, everything the enemy has thrown your way has only served to strengthen you. I am turning every arrow into blessing; every fear and failure into fruit. I am driving out the foxes from your land. I am strengthening your gates and blessing you with more.”

New Frontiers of Gold Rush Glory
I heard in my spirit, “NEW FRONTIERS,” and I saw a vision of “Gold
Rush” communities being birthed and springing up from desert places
because of your faithfulness to continue moving forward. I believe what
this means is that there are new frontiers of glory and divine wisdom
about to be discovered, just like the “Gold Rush” days of old.I saw inventions coming out of this place that carry the divine wisdom and mind of God. I saw solutions and answers being released from Heaven to the minds of pioneers who have pursued the road less traveled with their Father. I specifically see that many of these solutions would be influential in seeing injustices overturned, particularly abortion and human trafficking. The pioneers who refuse to back down will tap into springs of glory that have not yet been seen on this earth, and this rush of gold, heavenly wisdom and glory, will affect every sphere of influence on the earth.
A Wonderland of Evergreens
Where many pioneers have endured long seasons of drought and
wilderness, I believe the Father is also turning this new year into your
Promised Land of “Evergreen.” However, this isn’t something that will
happen like a genie appearing from a bottle, but rather, this Promised
Land of “Evergreen” will be seized as you faithfully move forward, one
step at a time.I cannot emphasize this enough: Your Promised Land will come through His strength. Yet, I feel there is a strong urgency for the need of partnership over your prophetic words. I see many prophecies stored away on the bookshelves of hearts, gathering dust in long forgotten memories. In this season, the Holy Spirit is telling us to remind ourselves of His promises and to CONTEND with them this year. One such promise to contend with is found in Isaiah 41:18-20. In the Passion Translation it says:
“I will open up refreshing streams on the barren hills
and springing fountains in the valleys.
I will make the desert a pleasant pool
And the dry land springs of water.
I will plant in the treeless desert cedars and acacia,
Myrtle and olive trees.
I will set in the wilderness evergreens
Together with many elm and cypress.
Everyone will see and know that I, Yahweh,
With My mighty hands have done this.
They will consider and comprehend
That the Holy One of Israel has created it.”
Each of these trees represents a significant picture of promises fulfilled. This is going to be a remarkable year for those who contend with the promises in their hands. They WILL see long-forgotten promises fulfilled. These pioneers who refuse to allow disappointment or bitterness to take root in their hearts, but look to their Promised Lands with the same fierce determination of Joshua and Caleb, will say by the end of 2019, “LOOK WHAT THE LORD HAS DONE!” What once was a dry and weary wilderness wasteland will be flourishing with evergreens. You will grow and thrive in every season just like the evergreen, no matter the earthly climate. This coming season will look like a wonderland filled with evergreens.
The Swift Shift is Upon You
I
can feel the encouragement of the Father for the pioneers in this new
year. I see the word “SWIFT” over you. Where you have fought for and
believed for promises for many years, your contending this year will
produce SWIFT possession of your Promised Land. The foxes are being
driven out, the authority of your gates are being strengthened, your
wilderness is turning into a wonderland of evergreens; you are about to
discover new frontiers and it is happening SWIFTLY. All that is required
of you is to come into faith and agreement with what He is speaking. (Photo via Unsplash)I sense that there are many pioneers who almost feel skeptical of prophetic words for this new year, as there has been much disappointment in years past of not yet seeing prophecies fulfilled. I see the Holy Spirit filling you with fresh courage to hope again, fresh excitement to dream again, and new boldness to step out in faith and believe that God will do what He has promised to do. The instructions that Paul gives to Timothy in 1 Timothy 1:18-19 are for the pioneers in this hour:
“So Timothy, my son, I am entrusting you with
this responsibility, in keeping with the very first prophecies that were
spoken over your life, and are now in the process of fulfillment in
this great work of ministry, in keeping with the prophecies spoken over
you. With this encouragement use your prophecies as weapons as you wage
spiritual warfare by faith and with a clean conscience. For there are
many who reject these virtues and are now destitute of the true faith.”
Pioneers, this is your time. Do not lose heart or become destitute of
faith. The Holy Spirit is calling to your remembrance even now, what
you thought was lost and forgotten. He is calling to your remembrance
the prophecies He has spoken over you, for these promises fulfilled will
bring Him the glory. This is the year of the manifestation and birthing
of your promises as you hold fast to hope. This is the year you will
behold with your eyes your “WONDER-LAND” and you will look in awe and
declare: “LOOK WHAT THE LORD HAS DONE!” Christy Johnston

A Song of Praise to the Lord
26 In that day, everyone in the land of Judah will sing this song:
Our city is strong!
We are surrounded by the walls of God’s salvation.
2 Open the gates to all who are righteous;
allow the faithful to enter.
3 You will keep in perfect peace
all who trust in you,
all whose thoughts are fixed on you!
4 Trust in the Lord always,
for the Lord God is the eternal Rock.
5 He humbles the proud
and brings down the arrogant city.
He brings it down to the dust.
6 The poor and oppressed trample it underfoot,
and the needy walk all over it.

Triumphant Praise
149 Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!
It’s time to sing to God a brand-new song[a]
so that all his holy people will hear how wonderful he is!
2 May Israel be enthused with joy because of him,
and may the sons of Zion pour out
their joyful praises to their King.
3 Break forth with dancing!
Make music and sing God’s praises with the rhythm of drums!
4 For he enjoys his faithful lovers.
He adorns the humble with his beauty
and he loves to give them the victory.
5 His godly lovers triumph in the glory of God,
and their joyful praises will rise even while others sleep.
6 God’s high and holy praises fill their mouths,
for their shouted praises are their weapons of war!
7 These warring weapons will bring vengeance
on every opposing force and every resistant power—
8 to bind kings with chains and rulers with iron shackles.

In crisis we often forget ‘the battle is already won.’ We often run to God weary from the battle; He reminds us “the victory is already won.” When we accept this deep within, joy arises…we realize the battle is already won…praise and thanksgiving flow from our lips, and His rest replaces our weariness – this is often a simple act of faith.
This is our choice today, draw conclusions from dreadful circumstances, or lift our spirits high with praise and thanksgiving for victory that will soon arrive. True rest (the God-kind) is signified by a complete lack of anxiety. Rest is the greatest weapon, tool, and sword God can put in your hands. When I ‘start’ striving (worrying), my faith that moves mountains ‘stops.’ When I stop striving (worrying), my faith is activated and He starts (moving mountains) again. I have been through this process many times in life. Why do I strive (worry) to attain what He longs to give me in His rest? The kingdom you serve determines how you live – there are two that compete for our affections daily (man’s way – the world: God’s way- the Kingdom). God-dependence is your greatest Kingdom evidence: man dependence (often self) is your greatest enemy. Man dependence creates worry. God dependence creates rest.
Even negative circumstances can be used for our good – As Welch prophet Arthur Burt often said, “God allows in His wisdom what He could have prevented in His power – circumstances are designed to reveal us to ourselves.” Instead of being overcome, we can receive an experience that empowers us to victory. Everything is useful in the Kingdom. Every situation is useful for our development. Circumstance that creates worry is designed to be counteracted with rest.
However, even with this understanding, we are never to allow the enemy to obstruct or invalidate us. There is no frustration in heaven, therefore it cannot be allowed in our Kingdom life on earth. There are times we must draw a line in the sand and oppose what darkness intends to give us. Jesus said, “The thief comes to kill, steal, and destroy; but I came that you may have life and have it more abundantly” – John 10:10.
Frustration and despair are not from God; neither are worry, sickness, shortage, and fear. The best way to deal with negativity is ignore it, and think about the opposite – the opposite is what God is doing in your life. Pursuing your problems instead of pursuing the Lord is like having the cart ahead of the horse. If you don’t understand something, go straight to a place of rest and wait for God. It is here that we learn to wage war with peace – we inflict ‘rest’ upon the enemy because rest is God’s weapon of choice. When ‘joy’ mysteriously arises amidst hellish circumstance, POWER (exosia – jurisdictional right to rule as a judge rules his court) is dispatched to ‘change that circumstance.’

God-dependence is your greatest Kingdom evidence: man dependence (often self) is your greatest enemy. Man dependence creates worry. God dependence creates rest.
Even negative circumstances can be used for our good – As Welch prophet Arthur Burt often said, “God allows in His wisdom what He could have prevented in His power – circumstances are designed to reveal us to ourselves.” Instead of being overcome, we can receive an experience that empowers us to victory. Everything is useful in the Kingdom. Every situation is useful for our development. Circumstance that creates worry is designed to be counteracted with rest.
However, even with this understanding, we are never to allow the enemy to obstruct or invalidate us. There is no frustration in heaven, therefore it cannot be allowed in our Kingdom life on earth. There are times we must draw a line in the sand and oppose what darkness intends to give us. Jesus said, “The thief comes to kill, steal, and destroy; but I came that you may have life and have it more abundantly” – John 10:10.
Frustration and despair are not from God; neither are worry, sickness, shortage, and fear. The best way to deal with negativity is ignore it, and think about the opposite – the opposite is what God is doing in your life. Pursuing your problems instead of pursuing the Lord is like having the cart ahead of the horse. If you don’t understand something, go straight to a place of rest and wait for God. It is here that we learn to wage war with peace – we inflict ‘rest’ upon the enemy because rest is God’s weapon of choice. When ‘joy’ mysteriously arises amidst hellish circumstance, POWER (exosia – jurisdictional right to rule as a judge rules his court) is dispatched to ‘change that circumstance.’

“Do not weep any longer,
for I will reward you,” says the Lord.
“Your children will come back to you
from the distant land of the enemy.
17 There is hope for your future,” says the Lord.
“Your children will come again to their own land.

‘You disciplined me severely,
like a calf that needs training for the yoke.
Turn me again to you and restore me,
for you alone are the Lord my God.

but then I was sorry.
I kicked myself for my stupidity!

This know, Child: Peace, great peace, Beloved One, Amen Amen and again Amen. Be still and listen. Yes, just listen.
There will be a massive separating/separation within the people on earth, but Mine will continue to become One Body. I separate Mine and cause their (1)fusion and infusion into My Son’s One Body of unity, faith in Me, and My love. I am Love.
Those who are forced to join the anti-Christ’s one body will be allowed to do so [by Me]; their confusion and separation is their dissension [disagreement that leads to discord] and dissatisfaction within themselves, and is within their own body. True Spiritual unification is never seen among satan, the anti-Christ, and theirs. Know this.
Mine have failed to receive My power BECAUSE they have failed to UNIFY and recognize all members within Me, their Father, Amen Amen and again Amen.
As Mine learn the freedom now given by Me, their Lord, My power rises and unifies all in heaven and earth: both together. This is a Spiritual unification that is Eternal, thus it is a bond that is more powerful than all others. I am this bond, and I am this power, Amen Amen and again Amen.
Long live your King – I AM Eternal, Amen Amen and again Amen.

3 Prophetic Words for 2019
From the outset, I believe the Lord is encouraging us to focus on His perspective. The Bible says that our Father's heart and intent toward us is good (see Jer. 29:11). God is for you; He is not against you. He is with you; you are not alone. Your Father knows the path that you take and He has prepared His provision for you ahead of time.
Perhaps you have some challenges ahead as you face 2019. As you stand on the brink of your new year, don't look at circumstances ahead as a problem to solve. Look beyond them; see a gift from your heavenly Father to unwrap.
Here are 3 prophetic words for 2019 to meditate on as you stand on the threshold of a new year:
Prophetic Word #1: A Year of Discovery
"Discovery" means something is already waiting—it already exists and is awaiting you. 2019 is going to be a year characterized by discovery of the "more" God has made available for you. Discoveries lead to breakthroughs, inventions and innovations. Discovery leads to progress.
During a season of discovery, you may find that you are out of your comfort zone. You may feel as though you have marched "off the map" like explorers of old, but God knows your location and there is something of great value your Father has prepared for you to discover.
You Will Discover the Richness of What God Has for You
When I visited the historic goldfields of Victoria, I was reminded that gold cannot be created; gold can only be discovered. People have tried over the centuries to discover some secret formula to create gold—to no avail. The amount of gold on the earth is limited. But the amount of gold in Heaven is endless.
Gold represents that which is eternal. Gold is seen in the streets and building materials of Heaven! Gold is compared to that which is most valuable: Scripture, your faith, wisdom; gold is found in God's intimate presence, the place of His glory and holiness. (Photo via Flickr)
Discovery means that in 2019, God has more revelation for you. He has made heavenly resources and encounters available to you.
Your Father cares for your needs, great and small. He is immensely practical. As 2019 dawns, place every physical need in the hand of your King. Hear your Father say, "I am the source of all you need. I am releasing you from the fear of lack of supply!" (see Psalm 23:1).
Prophetic Word #2: A Year of Release
"Do not remember the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing, now it shall spring forth; shall you not know it?" (Isaiah 43:18-19 NKJV)
2019 is a year of release from past pain and limitations that have held you back.
In Genesis 26, Isaac was on his own voyage of discovery. Isaac's servants discovered water in the land, only to have the wells contended for by locals (just as gold in the earth is limited, so is groundwater). Isaac could have camped in that place of dispute—he could have continued to contest for his rights—but he chose to release it and move on.
Isaac was able to release and move on because He trusted God: "And he moved from there and dug another well, and they did not quarrel over it. So he called its name Rehoboth, saying, 'For now the Lord has made room for us, and we shall be fruitful in the land'" (Gen. 26:22 NKJV).
It's time to release the past! God has new wells of replenishment, favor and supply for you to discover. 2019 is a year in which you will know, "God has made room for me here." He is opening new wells of opportunity and provision.
As you start 2019, forgive and bless those who have wounded you. Be released from the unkindness of those who have not believed in you. Declare, "My God, You are sufficient for me! You are my Father and You are also the Righteous Judge! I ask You to move on my behalf. I praise You now, that You are working on my behalf to bring restoration."
Prophetic Word #3: A Year of a Turning Point
A "turning point" is a moment or season in time when a significant change takes place—one that leads to new and greater things. In Deuteronomy, we learn of a time in which the Israelites were doing a lot of "turning," yet they were not making progress; they were not discovering new horizons, but that was set to change.
"Then we turned and journeyed into the wilderness of the way of the Red Sea, as the Lord spoke to me, and we skirted Mount Seir for many days. And the Lord spoke to me, saying: 'You have skirted this mountain long enough; turn northward.'" (Deut. 2:1-3 NKJV)
"You have circled this mountain long enough..." (Duet. 2:3 NASB)

Anticipate that the areas which have frustrated you for a long period of time are being resolved. As you come around "the mountain" for the last time, you discover a horizon that wasn't available to you before. Trials of the past are bearing fruit. Your discernment and insight have been clarified and sharpened. And in 2019, Jesus will be the only explanation for what people see taking place in and through you.
Prophetic Activation for the New Year
If this word has resonated with you, I encourage you to take time to pray about and meditate on these words (especially the Scriptures) along with other things the Lord is speaking to you. The 3 words can be considered separately, over 3 days or 3 weeks.
Bible references for your "Year of Discovery": Be inspired by those who went on a voyage of discovery in Scripture, including Abraham (Gen. 12:1) and Naomi and Ruth (Ruth 1).
