Something about a broken heart-Misty Edwards

Put Your Heart In Me - Misty Edwards

See The Way by Misty Edwards

Re-encouraged today by the God Calling meditation for yesterday and today-forget the past, live praising and thanking God for His presence. It was so good to see the correspondence between these words of exhortation and the  portions of “The Torch and the Sword” I was reading since finding it in the garage as we cleaned.

Danielle Bradbery - Grandpa (Tell Me 'Bout The Good Old Days)(The Judds ...

"My pain, failure, difficulty, alienation and isolation motivated me to not only seek solace and strength from God, but to open my heart to His mind, ways, desires and intentions as well. The Word of God became open to me in a way that it never had."

Saw this in an email from Identity Network and was encouraged at it's confirmation of a recent meditation on how isolation can turn out to be a part of a purification process similar to a technique common in microbiology etc.

My soul longs
And even faints for You.
My heart and my flesh
Cries out for the living God.
For the living God.
Incline your ear
With trembling and tears I'm yearning.
To the throne of grace
To seek Your face I'm burning
Longing for You.

I need You
I need You
Nothing and no place
No one else will do.

I need You. I need You.
For You satisfy the longing insi

At the end of my life, here as I know it, I won't be concerned about stuff, how many more times I can scroll through fb, or any of the other wasteful nonsense that time is wasted doing. Time is very valuable. Time was created and God said we have authority over ever created thing. I believe we are already living out eternity but right now are manifesting that reality in time. Think about all the possibilities that opens for us to just live with reckless abandonment to love. If you know this place isn't permanent and that you will never die because there is eternity, and that really sunk deep in our hearts, not our intellect, how valuable would see people in front of you at the moment given? I don't think we would waste any time or any moment. We would be so free to truly live. Bondage is just a lie that you need or lack. When you believe that about yourself then you live out that reality as a slave to compensate and go into survival mode. Real living is being in a state of total trust and dependence on God and the unseen, that you can live out of the abundance of your heart and know your free to love radically.

Like Incense (with Sometimes by Step)

Psalm 113:3   From the risings of the sun unto its settings, The Name of Lord Jehovah is great!

Quoted on a Hillsong video with "Like Incense" as saying "from the birthings of the sun..." like that because it spoke to me of creation...

Jesus Promises the Holy Spirit

1“If you love me, obey[d] my commandments. 16 And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Advocate,[e] who will never leave you. 17 He is the Holy Spirit, who leads into all truth. The world cannot receive him, because it isn’t looking for him and doesn’t recognize him. But you know him, because he lives with you now and later will be in you.[f] 18 No, I will not abandon you as orphans—I will come to you. 19 Soon the world will no longer see me, but you will see me. Since I live, you also will live. 20 When I am raised to life again, you will know that I am in my Father, and you are in me, and I am in you. 21 Those who accept my commandments and obey them are the ones who love me. And because they love me, my Father will love them. And I will love them and reveal myself to each of them.”

Brave, Nicole Nordeman

The gate is wide
The road is paved in moderation
The crowd is kind and quick to pull you in
Welcome to the middle ground
You're safe and sound and
Until now it's where I've been

'Cause it's been fear that ties me down to everything
But it's been love, Your love, that cuts the strings

So long status quo
I think I just let go
You make me want to be brave
The way it always was
Is no longer good enough
You make me want to be brave
Brave, brave

I am small
And I speak when I'm spoken to
But I am willing to risk it all
I say Your name
Just Your name and I'm ready to jump
Even ready to fall...

Why did I take this vow of compromise?
Why did I try to keep it all inside?

So long status quo
I think I just let go
You make me want to be brave
The way it always was
Is no longer good enough
You make me want to be brave
Brave, brave

I've never known a fire that didn't begin with a flame
Every storm will start with just a drop of rain
But if you believe in me
That changes everything
So long, I'm gone

So long status quo
I think I just let go
You make me want to be brave
I wanna be brave
The way it always was
Is no longer good enough
You make me want to be brave
Brave, brave

Send some rain, would You send some rain?
'Cause the earth is dry and needs to drink again
And the sun is high and we are sinking in the shade
Would You send a cloud, thunder long and loud?
Let the sky grow black and send some mercy down
Surely You can see that we are thirsty and afraid
But maybe not, not today
Maybe You'll provide in other ways
And if that's the case . . .

(Chorus)

We'll give thanks to You
With gratitude
For lessons learned in how to thirst for You
How to bless the very sun that warms our face
If You never send us rain

Daily bread, give us daily bread
Bless our bodies, keep our children fed
Fill our cups, then fill them up again tonight
Wrap us up and warm us through
Tucked away beneath our sturdy roofs
Let us slumber safe from danger's view this time
Or maybe not, not today
Maybe You'll provide in other ways
And if that's the case . . .

(Chorus)

We'll give thanks to You
With gratitude
A lesson learned to hunger after You
That a starry sky offers a better view if no roof is overhead And if we never taste that bread

Oh, the differences that often are between
What we want and what we really need

So grant us peace, Jesus, grant us peace
Move our hearts to hear a single beat
Between alibis and enemies tonight
Or maybe not, not today
Peace might be another world away
And if that's the case . . .

(Chorus)

We'll give thanks to You
With gratitude
For lessons learned in how to trust in You
That we are blessed beyond what we could ever dream
In abundance or in need
And if You never grant us peace

But Jesus, would You please

River God By:Nicole Nordeman

Psalm 103:22..."His kingdom", has a gematria of 3456, when multiplied = 360. He is in the process of restoring the earth which will culminate in the New Jerusalem coming down. See Rev. 21:2-4

Revelation 21:2-4

And I saw the holy city, the new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven like a bride beautifully dressed for her husband.
I heard a loud shout from the throne, saying, “Look, God’s home is now among his people! He will live with them, and they will be his people. God himself will be with them.  He will wipe every tear from their eyes, and there will be no more death or sorrow or crying or pain. All these things are gone forever.”

  • Had been reading in Bonnie Gaunt's book, "Genesis One" ,  ~ page 121, and prayed in the spirit briefly, then saw 2 pics:

1. A diagram of the workings of a machine like David  & I have seen at the train shows

2. A sign with the statement "I Do Integers"

Do not ever lose your taste for the new wine or the aged, refined wine, as this is what the Lord promises to serve at the great wedding feast. Seek the fresh and honor the established. Find the place where you can be planted, but do not lose your freedom to explore. The wise find treasures in the new and the old.

REV 5:10(KJV) And hast made us unto our God kings and priests and we shall
reign on the earth.
25 These are more proverbs of Solomon, collected by the advisers of King Hezekiah of Judah.
It is God’s privilege to conceal things
and the king’s privilege to discover them.

No one can comprehend the height of heaven, the depth of the earth,
or all that goes on in the king’s mind!

Remove the impurities from silver,
and the sterling will be ready for the silversmith.
Remove the wicked from the king’s court,
and his reign will be made secure by justice.

Don’t demand an audience with the king
or push for a place among the great.
It’s better to wait for an invitation to the head table
than to be sent away in public disgrace.
Just because you’ve seen something,
don’t be in a hurry to go to court.
For what will you do in the end
if your neighbor deals you a shameful defeat?

When arguing with your neighbor,
    don’t betray another person’s secret.
10 Others may accuse you of gossip,
and you will never regain your good reputation.

11 Timely advice is lovely,
like golden apples in a silver basket.

12 To one who listens, valid criticism
is like a gold earring or other gold jewelry.

13 Trustworthy messengers refresh like snow in summer.
They revive the spirit of their employer.
