Today I went for a medical procedure in New York City. I had a new doctor who was very knowledgeable in his field. He was friendly, attentive and skillful. I was watching him reviewing my records on his computer. He seemed to be flabbergasted as he scrolled through my medical history. He said to me: “You got quite a story”. For those of you who do not know my testimony, I truly am a walking sign and a wonder. I’ve been in the lion’s den and the fiery furnace.

When I got home I was pondering what he said and I heard the Lord say, there are going to be numerous testimonies in the next few months. For those of you who are wondering why you are going through such difficult trials, rejoice because your life is going to become the evidence of God’s faithfulness. Many will receive the deliverance that they've waited for and the breakthrough that they've been contending for.

You may have faced fierce battles, and some of you it’s been for several years. Satan may have tried to sift you as wheat but you are going to come back stronger and strengthen your family and friends. Some of you feel as if you are in a stupor because you have become so battle weary. The enemy may have tried to neutralize you, but you are going to rise up as Jesus gives you courage to endure once again. Many who have been fatigued are going to excel in strength.

The Lord is going to bring healing and quicken the bodies of many of you who have been battling infirmity. You are going to come back with astounding testimonies. We are going to experience a healing revival as in the days of old, and the Lord will use many of you to heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead and cast out demons. Many people will witness the mighty hand of God through your lives.

In the book of Job we read that he persevered under trial until everything was restored back to him double. During his trying time he said that he would come forth as gold because he knew that he didn't do anything to deserve such an injustice. He also understood that Gods plan for his life could not be thwarted or cancelled. When God gives you a promise, it will come to pass no matter what your situation is in the natural.

My faith started with doubt.

When I was 12 or 13, I went to my dad and told him that I wasn’t sure I believed the whole “Christian Thing”.

Now, you have to understand that when my dad was that age (12-13), his Sunday school teachers would ask him where verses were in the Bible because he knew and they didn’t.  He was asked to be an elder at a majority of the churches he attended.

But when I told him I wasn’t sure I believed the whole “Christian thing”, his response was one of the wisest things anyone has ever said to me.

He said (with a genuine smile)

“Good, Great You can’t ride the coat tails of our faith forever.  So I’ll show you why we believe what we believe and how to do the research for yourself. If you find out were wrong and can prove it, we’ll do what you’re doing.”

That started a lifelong search for the truth on all things, not just my faith.  (and obviously I stayed Christian after doing a TON of research.)

I have this “strange” idea that God gave us intellect and reason because He wants us to use them.  Most people have no problem with that as a concept.  However in practice you will find it gets a lot of opposition.

I try to be like the Bereans, who were called “noble-minded” in the Bible.

Acts 17:10-11 (NASB)

10         The brethren immediately sent Paul and Silas away by night to Berea, and when they arrived, they went into the synagogue of the Jews.

11          Now these were more noble-minded than those in Thessalonica, for they received the word with great eagerness, examining the Scriptures daily to see whether these things were so.

When I’m presented with an idea, I like examining the Scriptures to see whether those things are so…  And that gets me in trouble.  I’ll apply to Christians something that Ronald Reagan once said:

“The trouble with our Liberal friends is not that they’re ignorant; it’s just that they know so much that isn’t so.”

It’s amazing how little the average Christian (even many pastors) know about what the Bible says.  Take for instance the Book of Revelation and the context surrounding it.  The vast majority of Christians have a VERY skewed view of what it means because they don’t consider the context.

I HEARD THE LORD SPEAKING OVER MANY “I AM FORTIFYING YOU WITH THE FIRE OF MY WORD”

I had an encounter with the Lord recently and I heard Him speaking over many who have received a word from the Lord recently and have had what seems like a “breakdown” over that word rather than a “breakthrough” and has left them feeling confused, discouraged, hurting and shaken.

The Lord spoke over these ones:

“I AM FORTIFYING YOU WITH THE FIRE OF MY WORD”

I began to see the Lord SPEAKING AGAIN over their hearts and souls. The thing that struck me was the Lord was not changing the subject. No matter what it looked like in the natural of the “breakdown” around the promise He had spoken, the promise still remained. Even when it looked impossible, even where there seemed to be rivers of ‘misunderstanding’ and ‘not understanding’ the Lord was speaking that He is the God of the impossible and the seeming “breakdown” of the promise in the natural did not take Him by surprise. His Word has not changed. His Word and His promise remains the same.

I felt so strongly that the Lord wanted to minister to these ones and encourage their hearts that He has not let them down and what He has spoken, STILL REMAINS.

The Lord showed me that where circumstance and the enemy is screaming “It’s broken, it’s a BREAKDOWN”, the Lord said that there may feel like there’s a “showdown” in the spirit between the falsities the enemy is speaking and his attempt to ‘lord his lies’ over many and their promise right now, but the Lord is saying that He is about to show Himself strong. He is going to show Himself as the God whose Word does NOT return void (Isaiah 55:11)

He is speaking the promise AGAIN. No matter what it looks like in the natural He is going to fulfill that which He has spoken and that the fire of His Word is coming upon you strongly, the fire of His presence is coming upon you mightily to FORTIFY the word that He has given you, even stronger and deeper within you than ever before.

The Lord says that in the natural it may look like a total “miscarriage of the promise” but the Lord is saying you are in a season of MONUMENTAL MIRACLES. The comfort of the Lord surrounds you powerfully and strongly, the empowerment of the Spirit is coming upon you to lift you up and get behind you and set you on your feet again. He is bringing you into days you have never dreamed of. The enemy may be screaming “miscarriage”, the enemy may be screaming “breakdown”, but the Lord is speaking MIRACLES. The Lord is speaking the greatest days of His power, to heal, to restore, to upgrade, to increase.

Some of you need to hear today, the Lord has not lied to you. The Lord is not a man that He should lie. (Numbers 23:19) The Lord is positioning you to partner with Him and a move His Spirit that is greater than you realise, and what the enemy meant for harm, the Lord is turning for your good (Genesis 50:20)

His Word and His presence as fire is coming upon you strongly to fortify you in a level of faith you have not walked in before. He is strengthening you in the Word like never before, to walk forward with a faith that sees beyond the natural and beyond the impossible and sees Him, the God of the impossible. The God who makes the impossible possible. (Matthew 19:26)

There is a supernatural strength that is coming upon you that is being released by the Spirit of God. The Lord is speaking over you that the “breakdown” of the promise has come to to try to “stop you” and tell you that you are being delayed, you are being hindered, but the Lord is speaking that you are entering a new day of running in the ease, grace, rest and acceleration of the slipstream of His Spirit into an incredible place of partnering with Him in extending the Kingdom. There is a new position the Lord has for you in this season, and not only are you going to step into the fulfillment of what He has spoken but with great increase. You are going to see the very area where the enemy has stolen from you, where he has brought death, breakdown, loss and theft, will be the very area where the Spirit of God is bringing forth a harvest to you and is going to minister powerfully through you to see others healed, saved, delivered and positioned.

Friend, it is not over. The Word of the Lord that has been so contended in your life, is going to be an area of such fulfillment of His promise, anointing, power and harvest. Do not withdraw, do not pull back, do not allow timidity, discouragement, despair or intimidation to take you out.

God is going to fulfill what He has spoken. He also has a new work for you to do. You will carry upon you the promise He has spoken in its fulfillment and also move into a new position, a new work that the Holy Spirit has for you to do. This is bigger than you think. Do not align with the narrative that says you are being taken out, delayed or broken down, align with what the Lord is speaking. He is empowering you not only to stand again, but to step into the new things that He has for you whilst carrying the harvest of what He has promised you.

It’s a new day! Don’t come off the wall!

Expect Great Change

There has been a shift in the atmosphere in the last couple of days. In the midst of all the evil, all the turmoil; in the middle of the battle between good and evil, there's been a shift. It seems to me that the intercession, the presence of the Lord, the worship, even signs and wonders following have increased to the point of seeming much more aggressive. The bowls of intercession have tipped! The war in the heavenlies has increased as the Army of Heaven prepares the way for Holy Spirit to move. The Remnant Army is prepared and ready for the coming days! That's what I'm getting from the Lord.

“As August becomes September, expect Me to move upon you in power. Expect to see Me move decisively to forestall moves by your enemies from bearing fruit. My hand is upon them in such a way that the Fear of the Lord shall fall upon them”, says the Lord of Hosts, “and they shall not succeed in their seeking to overthrow the balance of world power.”

The Lord continued, “My church needs to be ready for the cry, ALL HANDS ON DECK! and she needs to have intercessors praying and watchmen stationed on the walls. From your point of view, things are about to get even more ‘ugly’, but from My perspective, everything is on plan, on target, and ready to advance My Kingdom. My Spirit is ready to show you His power. He is ready to flood your nations with My presence; to begin the harvest. It has started in many places, but I AM READY TO CHANGE THE FACE OF MY CHURCH FOREVER!” says the Lord. “Be prepared for changes - big far reaching changes. I am equipping the Church for war - all out war upon Christians by My enemies. Changes will be inevitable, unavoidable, and, to some, unpalatable. As I said to Joshua and Gideon, so I say to this army, ‘Do not fear, be strong and very courageous, for every place you put your foot, that placeI will give you!’”

He finished with this, “This is your battle cry, Sound the shofars! Every man to his station. The enemies of the Lord are about to attack but the battle is the Lords! It was won at Calvary.”

Hallelujah Church. Battle is joined! The Holy One of Israel is on the move!!!

“JUNE IS MY SWEET LOVE SONG TO YOU”

(FROM MARCH TO DECEMBER: A PROPHETIC POEM )

Luke 21: 29-31 (TPT) “Haven’t you observed that when the fig tree, or any tree, buds and blooms, the season is changing and summer is near? In the same way, when you see these prophetic signs occurring, you realize the earth is yielding to the fullness of God’s Kingdom."

Below is a poem the Lord dictated to me a while back that covers the seasons from March to December. He hardly ever speaks to me in poems and I hadn't really thought I would ever share it, mainly because I didn't know what much of it meant. In fact, I still don't understand much of it; but, I keep feeling led from God to post it today on this 1st day of June, which He speaks about extensively in the poem and calls "My Sweet Love Song to you".

The poem feels kind of jolty sometimes, because it doesn't really have any kind structure and not much of a pattern (except for the phrase: "Time to rest your weary head, My Child in the Son who loves you most" repeating throughout). The Lord said there is a reason for this lack of structure and pattern in the poem and it is that He wanted it to show that He is doing a new thing in a new way on a new day of a new season, and the cycles and patterns of the past are passing away, so some of the things that happen by His Hand in this season may not seem at first like they have any rhyme or reason. It is a time to expect the unexpected and know that "God can do anything far more than you could ever imagine or guess or request in your wildest dreams!" (Ephesians 3:20), while continuing to enter into full Rest in the Love and gracious care of Him who loves you most, through all things present and to come. The poem also echoes several older songs and poems with the months of the year in them that I (and maybe you also) have heard before. God said the reason for this is that He is bringing back the promise of His Words that were spoken to us in the past, some that over time came to lay dusty and forgotten, as He prepares much behind the scenes to bring old promises, old dreams, old visions, and "old" desires He has placed in our hearts to fulfillment and completion.

The Father says, "This is a time of crossing over and seeing My Waters of Deliverance close behind you, washing away old yokes and bondages and warfares into the Sea of Forgetfulness. It is a time of great Harvest, Glory, Restoration, Miracles, Justice, Vindication, Healing, Salvation, and new hope being reborn, even amidst the chaos and the gross darkness that transpires all around the world. That is the great Paradox of the Times! says the Lord. It is a time where human doubt meets supernatural faith from Heaven, dispensed in such a way and such a measure that it will forever eradicate My Remnants's capacity for fear, doubt, and unbelief, as it was with Thomas as He touched the wounds on My Hands and Feet and his doubt was forever destroyed!"

I pray this poem blesses you and that God speaks to each of you through it personally. And, I pray you all have a blessed, glorious, miraculous, and joy-filled 1st day of June and rest of the year!

FROM MARCH TO DECEMBER: A PROPHETIC POEM

Time to rest your weary head, My Child

In the Son, who loves you most.

For, melancholy March goes out like a lion

As Heaven’s winds come roaring forth

Singing their Golden song so wild

That teaches daffodils, meek and mild

To dance as they trumpet on

To announce the rebirth of Hope

And the start of a new time of spring

That melts the bite of past winters’ chill

And whirls the frost of old snowy ills

To make the earth so cleansed and fresh

And pave the way for April rains

To advance and water deeply

The fragrant, miraculous buds of May

Pretty May comes so full of Promise

Not kept quickly enough for some

And from that crowd of doubting Thomases

That say that summer may never come

A gasp of awe will arise so loud

As they touch My Hands and Feet and know

That surely their Messiah has won

And you’ll hear them declare,

With no doubt in sight:

Oh summer has come at last, My Lord!

My summer is coming by dawn!

Time to rest your weary head, My Child

In the Son, who loves you most.

Pause and see if you don’t feel

That your summer has surely come

For in marches June, not coy nor shy

But busting all over with song

And hear the Voice of My Spirit cry out:

Look around! Look around! Look around, sweet child!

See, the heralds of summers to come:

And feel the Summer even now in your heart,

And see the Summer even now in the ground,

And hear the Summer even now in the trees,

And smell the Summer even now in the breeze,

Busting all over With Glory!

All over the meadow and over the hill

Where sweet buds transform into blooms

Where seeds become trees

And droughts become roots

Comes bursting such Harvest

Beginning in June

A bounty of My choicest of fruit

So fresh and alive and joyful and new

This June is My Sweet Love Song to you

With wonder and fury and fire colluding

And Glory Divine declaring at last:

My Sheep are sleeping no more!

And, something about what happens next

As a shout of freedom explodes

Alas, it will feel like Christmas will ring

In July as rains tumble forth

And voices abound

Declaring at last:

“Hallelujah, I believe, My Lord!”

A cold wind in August

Will bring such relief

From the scorching hand

Of the burning fire

Of the seasons travailed in the past

As you stand in the Garden

of the Great Rectifier

Come rain, come shine

You’ll see My Hand

And hear clearly the roar of My Mouth.

Time to rest your weary head, My Child

In the Son who loves you most.

For, ahead comes September

A time to remember,

Oh, September, when it comes!

Setting your feet so steadfast and firm

On a freshly-laid sunshine road

As My brand-new Song for you is bestowed

To fuel your walk as October goes,

And on sweetest November:

A cascading flow

Of the golden honey of My Rains of Hope

As I pour on this Sweetest November

Time to rest your weary head, My Child

In the Son, who loves you most.

For on sweetest November,

The world is renewed:

It's color and warmth and splendor accrue

As up becomes down

Overturned by My Hand

And sweetest November

Melts into surprising December

When instead of the promise of winter’s chill

Comes the wonder of summer’s thrill

And the newly birthed cry their newborn songs

In a sound that is heard all around the world

Of new life, new hope, and victory untold

As My Hand does something

Never done before

When the golden honey of My Rains of Hope

Showers down on this Sweetest November...

So come and rest your weary head, My Child

In the Son, who loves you most!

See, Winter’s blast didn’t come to last

Alas! It’s become but a dream surpassed

Purified by fire, you have come up higher

Across the Sea of the Promise beyond

For, the yokes of yore couldn't hold back Love

And, like midnight’s black, are now fading fast

Shattered formless beneath My Foot.
