Psalm 34:18-19 (ESV)

18 The Lord is near to the brokenhearted
    and saves the crushed in spirit.
19 Many are the afflictions of the righteous,
    but the Lord delivers him out of them all.

    Connect this passage in Psalm 34 with Acts 14:22 and 22:14. Difficulty, disappointment and loss is best seen as a means to the cross!
